Minor moan, regarding Novibets support, yet again

As per other thread: i had an issue with playing Deadwood; the 100 autospins were completed in something like 15 seconds.

Happened at 2 casinos:
- L and L: upon looking at it, pulled the game and, though i never asked, gave me the 20 quid as a bonus.

On to Novibet - despite taking over 2 weeks to bother to reply, prompted only by me following up today, replied as follows:

'the elapse of the seconds on the following spins indicates that the rounds were completed without an issue' - no, there was an issue, a 15 seconds to complete 100 autospins issue.

and 'In any case, we would like to confirm that the graphic representation, which may not have been visible due to the accelerated spins, does not affect the outcome of possible winnings' - oh well, that's ok then!

Sorry - but one casino did the right thing, pulled the game, you guys didn't even bother to respond and kept it up?

Well, one would presume if your told there’s an error with a game on Monday not to have it still sitting live the following Monday in the same state for someone to, having forgot, to see it happen again.

Oh, and actually reply to customer emails.

That would be a good start.

Oh, hardly worse casino - their support sucks (numerous examples in my inbox i'm sure), they have above average technical issues but they're pretty good in terms of payouts/game selection/RTP highest etc and spin offers; sort out the first 2 and there wouldn't be much improvements needed.

Kyc took me ages, only played there the once.
Also white hat I’m almost certain have a better selection as do videoslots.

Been a while since i was verified but still needed to send in docs etc, but maybe that's changed.

Deposit a decent amount there and no c"s(mo SOW for 20/30 quids etc (touch wood)
