Novibet Constant Site Issues

I think Novibet are holding their site together with chewing gum, 4 times I was kicked tonight. @Novibet Rep what's the issue with your site? It's diabolical, a bit like your customer service to be honest, I've still not had my rtp requests looked at, my initial email was the 8th of March. Nearly 2 months, I'm a loyal customer that's been ignored, you're about to lose my custom
They could be a great site if they sorted their problems out.
Live chat is horrendous
The rep is a waste of time, doesn't come on for weeks, then does and doesn't bother replying to any threads or PM's (if mine are the same as everyone elses)
The site is awful
They have random min stakes on games, like some of the Novibet games are £2 minimum bet (how is that responsible gambling when other sites have them at 10p)
Every single time they've had a deposit offer recently I've had to go to chat to get the offer added, which involves chat telling you to clear cache and cookies, then refusing to believe you when you say you have and they still aren't showing, then you get an abrupt answer like 'have sent to relevant department' closed chat
Some skrill deposits don't work and they have to be manually added by support, which usually takes an hour or so (seems to be rapid transfer ones)

The only good things I would say is they have loads of games, and if you manage to get past first line support on email, it's actually pretty good. They know what they are talking about and resolve things quickly. It reminds me of Entain group (coral etc). Live chat and email support is not in house and is absolutely shit. If you manage to talk to someone actually working for the company direct you get good support, the problem is getting to that point.

Agreed, the site has a lot of games and offer up new slots pretty quickly, the slow payments needs looked at, as does the site crashes. I rarely talk to live chat, so I can't really comment, the email support I've had has basically been "it's been passed to the relevant department, it takes time, please be patient" I think 2 months is patient enough.

They also still have quickspin enabled on relax gaming slots, I'm sure that's not supposed to be the case for UK players. I don't touch the sports betting part as it's dire!

If they sorted out the site crashes and fast payments they'd be a brilliant casino, also if the rep was active. Not so long ago, they did some comps which was nice, they've died down too, I don't expect them, but it's nice when they're on offer, I've won a few quid from them before

Few instances where withdrawals have taken days, not hours - not sure why, but i hate inconsistent payers. The other day the money was in my paypal in 15mins, the time before that was 49hrs etc.

Their support don't even read your questions correctly, they pick out words and answer what they think you said, not what you did.

I thought Grosvenor had the worst support but they're not far behind

Funnily enough thats what my PM to them was about, which I sent mid March and haven't had a reply to. It turns out it's only operators who are part of the BGC who have implemented it, others don't have to until the end of October. Thats what I mean about once you get past first line support too, it was someone outside normal CS who told me that, but everything was in perfect English, he explained it very well, and in detail. It clearly wasn't the usual customer support.
