All good you guys. I haven't had any special treatment. The 25 on my account is a loyalty bonus from novibet added from either weekly play of certain amount turned over or tier 1 prize for winning over 2000 credits :) it's completely separate from this competition.

I just thought ya guys got the prize already because you were also writing about some FS on DoA. Guess that was a separate bonus too? If no one's been paid yet it's all good, I can wait :D

I like the selection of games but I had a few sessions and was getting constant errors, or games running mega slow. Support's answer to me asking why the Amanet games weren't working was 'we have passed to the responsible department'. Still weren't working earlier today when I checked, no email or anything letting me know whats happening. Not impressed at all.
Desperately need a provider search too.

Yeah well at least you guys had providers. I asked the support couple times why only NetEnt was available but no clear explanation whatsoever. And to the history issue, I was promised the casino would contact me when they knew more. I never heard back from them. It's been over a week now. Also when I initially had problems with the casino, I sent a message to the rep here on CM, but he never responded. Still hasn't.

I liked the competition but the casino leaves so much to be desired especially where player support is concerned, and when they have literally no games, I can't see myself playing there again :(

After seeing the lack of responses from the rep, and the lack of support from their support, I would recommend people stay away from these.

Doesn't accreditation require an active rep or something? They're accredited but can't say they're active.

How did they even get accredited with what their support being so bad as well :confused:

'Please forward a screenshot of the mssage that it is showing to you'

Despite last week when I first spoke to them, the support agent getting the same error

Anyone who is on novibet could you try to open one of the games and see if you get the same error please?

I have a feeling there is a UK block on the games, which I told support earlier. Shouldn't be for me to tell support what might be a problem though, when I made them aware of it around a week ago. Not a single email updating me or anything either.

I like Novi but the support is, in the main, poor. Even when your issue is resolved they don’t even tell you if via email.

Sort that and, as noted, do something with the search function of games.

You do tend to see a lot more error messages on the site than some other places. Like Colin said, pointless asking support because my Immortal Romance issue from 2018 has never been answered; not that it matters as it was the flash version ;-)
