Not received winnings from Dr vegas

    I've been waiting for 5 days for a withdrawal that has been pending since the 3rd June 2017. I've emailed them several times and it's like the reply's are being sent out automatically by robots :/ I don't know what to do so I thought complaining on casino meister would be a start.

    What should I do and what can be done?

    I have received your PAB regarding Dr Vegas but I see that you have continued to post here since submitting that. I have to ask if you have you read the PAB FAQ?

    The FAQ is necessary reading for all those who wish to use the PAB service. The FAQ tells you the scope of our service, what you can expect from us and -- also very important -- what we expect from you. If you don't understand and/or cooperate with the PAB process then your PAB will very likely fail. So please do read the FAQ asap.

    I say this because you are already in violation of the FAQ guidelines. For details see FAQ section 3.12, item 2.

    Once you've read the FAQ and understand the problem please contact me via PM -- or at [​IMG] -- and let me know whether you will comply with the FAQ (and allow me to continue work on your PAB) or you will continue to post in which case you PAB will be closed and discarded.

    But I am guessing that it has been sorted by now?

    Also did you read the terms? maybe not as you also seemed to miss the PAB terms also,

    If this was your first withdraw it does take longer than normal and there are reasons for that, reason is that there is no charge backs and to make sure you are who you say you are and what ever else is necessary such as your 1st payment goes through.

    Ok so there have been some complaints about slow payment but mine have been in a reasonable time frame, whitch I have been updating the minions data on them but all depends what people call reasonable, there maybe not be as fast as some but certainly quicker than others.
