So I get all kinds of offers from inetbet including a vip email where I can get an extra percent on my 4th bonus of the weekend when I took advantage of the first 3 coupons

Anyway is it common for a casino stopping them all of a sudden. I have a feeling they would continue letting me if I didn't win (and I did post a win under America the beautiful )

Anyway I noticed last night I didn't have the option to redeem a coupon and said to call customer service

Of course they do not have a phone number or chst so I emailed them

The reason why I personally like bonuses is for me it's more enterrain mentioned value and the longer I play to make play thru the more fun I have although I do love cashing out too

So they send me coupons but don't want them to 7se them on every deposit??

for me that's like having a land-based casino send me free play offers but they don't want me to come in every week. I know the free play will dry up if I don't meet some kind of daily play amounts

Anyway here is there reply:

We are sorry but our accounts have removed the bonus option from your account.

You have since joining only played with bonus advantage play.

This decision can be reversed if we see a period of non bonus play.

I think I heard this story before.

Please feel free to use our bonuses, if you win then we call it advantage play and you cannot redeem anymore bonuses.

Please feel free to play with your own money. If you win with your own money then you are bonus banned, because you showed us that you are an experienced player (Spirit of the bonus rule, you can find it here: T&C: Art. 12.01258).

your clearly taking bonuses with every deposit , try doing half & half you find it far better & you wont get the bonus ban , saying that you need the bonuses to hit on RTG anyway

True the thing is with the weekend bonus you have to take advantage of the first 3 to get the special vip bonus

John, it seems in that circumstance you are being set up to fail Does not seem to be player friendly just to encourage you to deposit when maybe you wouldn't without the special vip bonus! I realize the casinos are hurting with the loss of their USA base, but sheesh they don't have to be so freakin obvious!!!!

I have to say this on the phone at-least 2-3 times a day to customers, "bonuses are a privilege, not a right, do feel free to keep depositing with your own money, but we aint giving you any more bonuses" probably not that harsh, but along the same lines.

Nothing you can do unfortunately bonus bans are pretty ridiculous but i have seen some players accounts who are clearly abusing them, and other peoples accounts who have just done well off a certain bonus.
