Hi all just wanted a bit of advice, I joined a new casino last week, I am not going to mention it just yet as I am dealing with this issue directly, anyway I just wanted a bit of advice. The problem is that I noticed on a few occasions it was not paying out on winning lines. I emailed the casino with my screenshot. Firstly they said that my line was not a winning line, which it very much was so. After numerous emails I spoke to a guy on live chat who said he would sort it out. This morning I received an email telling me there was a problem, thanks for pointing it out, and they had credited my account with 25. I am not happy with this and was wondering if I have a right to ask for a refund on all monies deposited, which totals about 1000. They have not put any warnings on their homepage that there is a problem with the software
