    I think I read where the CM has recently made it mandatory for new users to PAB before you are allowed to complain in the forum about non payment. If I am wrong, someone please correct me..

    Anyway, when people can't post, it's usually because of a few things a) they aren't logged in, b) cookies not enabled/accepted or c) they are trying to post in the webmaster section and they haven't requested permission to join.
