Nostalgia casinoand CR Rewards group unresponsive

Well here i go how do i explain this? Has anyone else had the misfortune of trying to get thru the wall that is livechat and customer service with this group? 7 weeks ago i received an email whch was beyond beleif saying deposit 1 pound and get 2000% to play with. I went to the bank page and unbelievably it was set to take 1 pound from your bank account so i did, after checking with live chat that this was real. I have dealt with this group in the past namely blackjack ballroom and to be fair they were quite good to deal with. I deposited and when i went to cash in the 20 free it says your casino rewards account has been temporarily suspended? i asked about this and was told i had to play a few times to show intention of playing there. I then sent 7 emails to no response and also when i go on live chat for the last 5 weeks was told a manager was looking at it but plz deposit and play while i wait for a reply (i dont think so) Now on live chat they get you to confirm your account number and tell you to send an email and the operator ends the chat. Please dont let them take your cash cause it is the most ignorant casino i have ever had the misfortune to join. :thumbsup:
