Nostalgia and Aztec Change Affiliate Companies?

Thank you. Those were (and presumably still are even if now dormant) the brand assets of Nostalgia group on launch.

Actually, those were all fronts for Nostalgia BEFORE they changed software to MG.

Response from Casino Action

(At Last).

Casino Action will be E-mailing players today who are affected.
The change will be on the 24th, and the two casinos, Aztec Riches and Phoenician will close for a few hours at the time.

Instant Neteller payments will no longer be avaliable, nor will the Casino Action competitions.
Loyalty points and balances will be transferred to the relevant Casino Rewards programmes.
Withdrawals will be processed by Casino Action till the last day, BUT all "pending" withdrawals on the last day will be carried over and processed by Casino Rewards.

My own advice would be to make sure that your last withdrawal gets processed by Casino Action, rather than Casino Rewards - other issues aside, their CS seems harder to communicate with, and often seems poor when you do; all leaves me to suspect that there is a good chance that the changeover will not all go through smoothly at their end.

The clarification is appreciated. How about Casino Action informing it's own players though who have accounts at Aztec Riches and Phoenician. The 24th is not too far off now, and currently players are still receiving NO indication that the rug will be pulled on 24th with respect to instant payments and Casino Action bonus and tournament rules.

Just to clarify, I think Nostalgia switching to Casino Action should mean instant payments are continued, albeit with CA's tighter restrictions on new players ($500 max). At least, thats what I expect.

phoenician and aztec riches move to Casino Rewards Group

Thanks for the notice.

I will not play at any casino managed by Casino Rewards. I noticed someone posted that their only problem is with bonuses.

I requested no bonuses on deposits prior to playing and depositing at any of their casinos. They said they had no way to block deposit bonuses and put the bonuses in with my loyalty(comp) points and then wouldn't help me figure out which was which. I finally transferred all of the points and purposely lost them so that the initial deposit bonuses would be GONE and from then on I would only have loyalty, comp, reward points added.

After I transfered and lost the points they locked my accounts and called me a bonus abuser. I ASKED FOR NO BONUSES!

After sending many, many emails and receiving no answer I finally got through to the "manager" who informed me that I was considered a bonus abuser and any money I tried to cash out in the future was subject to wagering.

I TOLD HIM THAT I ROUTINELY REFUSE BONUSES AND THAT I TRANSFERED IT AND LOST IT ON PURPOSE BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO REMOVE THEM.

THEN I TOLD HIM THAT THERE WAS NO WAY I WOULD EVER PLAY AT THE CASINOS AGAIN.

He was unaccomodating, unapologetic and a regular jackass!

I HATE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS AND NEVER EVER TAKE DEPOSIT BONUSES. THE WORSE ONES HOWEVER ARE PLAYTECH CASINO'S.

Hi Simmo,

Just to clarify your clarify :D Nostalgia and Phoenician Casinos have always been a part of Casino Action. Phoenician and then Nostalgia were first to introduce Instant Payments before it was migrated across to the rest of the casinos in the Casino Action Group. Nostalgia Casino will continue to operate and provide the same features it has to its players as it always has, just under a different affiliate program.

Hi Rakesh

Ah thats cool - thanks. But Nostalgia does have less stringent withdrawal limits, for new players, than the others if i remember right, yes?

Cheers

Simmo!

I too am sad that these two casinos have moved from Casino Action to Casino Rewards. I can't think of many groups that are better than CA. Their support is particularly good - I always get to speak to a live chat person within less than a minute, and emails are similarly responded to promptly. And Instant Payments is a superb innovation for the industry, so it's a real shame to have that removed from two casinos.

Casino Rewards' bonus/comps system is a joke, and their CS is pretty hopeless. However, to give them their dues, my largest ever single win was at a CR casino, and it was paid in full within 12 hours of me sending my documents. I've seen much longer waits, on much smaller amounts, from CM accredited casinos.

Perhaps CR will use this opportunity to sort out their support at least? :D You can always dream.

The time of doom draws near.

Well, less than 8 hours to go, and only a few hours opportunity to instant withdraw any shrapnel left in the account to Neteller.

Well, Aztec - empty, zilch.
Phoenician - 1.44, can't have that, so played "Chavin it large" on Flash (can't be bothered to install the viper for that amount). No luck, so all gone. Loyalty account unavailable to view, but should have less than 1000.

I will likely have enough loyalty to redeem on transfer though, probably around $20, and I will be a VIP (be VIP at one casino and be VIP at all). This means I get a personalised titanium padlock for my loyalty account:D

Finally, players have been e-mailed by Casino Rewards, with a rather telling FAQ;

Can I claim a sign up bonus at a different Casino Rewards Casino?
Of course! Claim a sign up bonus at any of the 12 partner casinos, and remember become a VIP at one Casino Rewards Member casino and you become a VIP at all of them.

WHAT:what:

Really, isn't that "bonus abuse"?

So, if CS say I have abused your generosity by claiming all those bonuses, it's just an honest misunderstanding, and it will be cleared up soon.
Does that mean that any player can have the bonus at all the casinos without it being an issue?
