It’s not great mate.Curry always looks like it has been eaten before. I'm not a fan to say the least.
disaster of a day at work today, everything that could of possibly gone wrong did..
so I finished early and retired to my apartment for Netflix and a shower and then a few beers and also curry..
yes it’s ‘working away curry’ not my usual Michelin star goodness I provide you lot..
also forgot Dr Pepper so it’s shit water to drink with this culinary feast...
hope your well folks, and @Steviedoo you love me really lol

This was M&S canned curry, also rice and Pitta bread mate. That doesn't actually look that bad, I've had worse from takeaways.
Morrisons microwave curry is actually quite nice, it's not cheap meat and they have decent flavour, the microwave rice they sell is nice too, better than the plastic pouch type ones that you put in the microwave for 2 minutes.
Must admit I can't cook rice like, even have a rice cooker and it still comes out like wallpaper paste. That and Kendal Mint Cake are the only two things I always fail at cooking haha.
It’s not great mate.
wasn't a takeaway, canned goodness this evening
Iam mate,You still down in Manc?
When i stayed there i would probably have had a curry about 3 times a week (only a kick away from Rushholme so there wasn't really much choice in the matter) City centre wise the nicer ones were that Akbars (behind Deansgate, near the science centre) and even the one on Portland Street, Sangams was nice - handy cos it was near the couple of casinos at the start
Love for them has really gone downhill over the years - in the main the ones up here aren't much cop to be honest.
One thing that's sad is that when i was down there last time, i took a wee jaunt round all the old haunts and the amount of times i went 'oh, great, now apartments' was depressing :-(
It's a cracking city; loved my 5 years down there, had planned on staying but didn't work out that way: certainly a lot of regeneration there over the years!Iam mate,
Trafford and can see old Trafford from my apartment.
heard rusholme chippy is immense btw!
think after work tomoz I’ll treat myself and venture out for some food, cheetam hill has loads of fine kebab houses and curry places but there’s literally millions.
might find a decent one and order in tomorrow when I’m done, love the city it’s great, just a shame it’s not bustling like we would all like pal.
my project is literally round the corner from the arena, pretty sad to think what happened there a few years back.
I’m on the new builds mate, over 60 cranes and over 33 hotels to be built apparently. It's a cracking city; loved my 5 years down there, had planned on staying but didn't work out that way: certainly a lot of regeneration there over the years!
Still remember getting the old one quid magic bus up and down Oxford Road half steaming and getting stranded in Didsbury a few times at 3am:. Where am i? You're in Didsbury, now get off, it's my last stop!'

My daughter was supposed to be there but she had some important exams and I didn't let her go, which I'm glad about. Three of her friends were there and they actually saw the explosion as they were just walking into the part where it happened. If they had left 30 seconds earlier they would have been badly injured or dead, All three have pretty serious mental health problems to this day, I know one better than the other 2, and I know she still wakes up screaming some nights and has attempted suicide more than once, including just this last yearmy project is literally round the corner from the arena, pretty sad to think what happened there a few years back.
Try Homeland if you haven't already, am currently watching El Chapo (infamous drug lord), it's brutal but quite interesting...I’m on the new builds mate, over 60 cranes and over 33 hotels to be built apparently.
it’ll keep me in work thankfully, thing is i do lots of social housing, these are built next to private...
So you are getting folks spending millions, next to them is social housing..
Not the kind of properly I’d want should I have ever the luxury of affording what I work on lol.
just wish of a evening I could get out for a meal or the gym, never mind a pint...
got a lovely apartment, but only so much Netflix I can take! Now watching zombie land for the 11th time..
