Or maybe those states that threw out the requests knew that this election result would be decided further along the line anyway so it was not worth the kick back in future if they got involved in the issue?

There was a similar result in the 2016 elections, other than that the popular vote went to Clinton and Trump won the electoral vote. Why were there no similar claims of fraud made before the lower courts at the time? By analogy, the election could just as easily have been rigged in favour of Trump, no?

2000 is a comparison in some respects

2000 proved to be much more of a close call with 271 electoral votes (Bush) vs 266 (Gore). Back then the recounting in FL was not completed in full due to several districts not being able to meet the end date of 26 November (amongst others).

In this election, no recounts have been denied or impeded and Biden has procured an overwhelming victory. There's really no comparison with 2000 in that regard.

For now atleast, it seems the proof of a rigged election only exists on twitter.
The same lawyers screaming at the top of their lungs that theres is fraud, and that they have alot of evidence, are not even arguing fraud when they come in front of a judge and actually have to tell the truth if they dont want to suffer consequences for their lies.
And thats the reason they have 50+ court losses to date, and 1 win that didnt actually change anything at all (zero votes changed)

And meanwhile the money keeps pouring in to "help save the election" except almost all of those donations will never be used for that.
It does give Trump alot of money that he can do pretty much whatever he wants to with.
That and the fact that he has a bunch of cases on hold because he is the sitting President might have something to do with why hes continuing this farce.

If they dont present some sort of new & compelling evidence, i doubt the supreme court will hear the case.
If its just the same old stories that already has been tossed out of every court (including supreme court) i doubt they will bother.

Ken is probably just brown nosing Trump because he wants a pardon.

Definitely Biden the younger. The Republicans have been digging for a long time ( remember Rudi's trip to the Ukraine) to get as much dirt as possible on him and Joe and this is what they have come up with. It didnt ecen make it to a storm in a tea cup, its already page 99 news.
But Eric Trump having to get grilled about potential fraud in the Trump organisation with the potential of all kinds of charges if it doesnt go to well, thats a bit more daunting.
