You would think more of the GOP party would be involved when its such a clear fraud, no?
Weird how most are jumping ship to not be associated with Trump and his allegations.
Almost like they are made up or something. =)

" Nonpartisan investigations of previous elections have found that voter fraud is exceedingly rare. State officials from both parties, as well as international observers, have also stated that the 2020 election went well. "

Are you taking into account the 'Rino' influence aspect of the GOP; same with bojo here in the uk, the flimsiest impression of a conservative.

Not sure this is individual voter led fraud or possibly something more organised and untoward with that software program, or even having too many counters that are political activists etc...

The representatives of permanent govt are hardly likely to say the democratic elections they oversee are dodgy, and by and large they want shot of donald as much as the media.

65 days before some loser is getting kicked out of the WH. Good luck with your quest! :p

They would still know if it was dodgy, and putting their jobs on the line by lying.
Most all evidence so far atleast seems to only exist on Twitter, because when their lawyers are asked in court if they are saying fraud took place the answer is no, and most cases dont even make it that far because they get thrown out for not having a shred of evidence.

With all this supposed evidence, winning court cases would be easy one would think.
But for some reason they keep losing them, and lawyers are starting to jump ship because they dont want to risk their license.

I must admit it's not looking too good for Don, I feel he needs something substantial to drop this week really, voters can only maintain their protest for a while, before the needs of getting on with life take back priority. Also on twitter, the topic will drift unless something new keeps it going.

I doubt they'll lose their licences given the legal claim culture the US has, it's their bread and butter; do you really think democrat aligned/appointed judges are going to be impartial to the letter on any case alledging fraud which helped Joe to win? [just to add, I probably wouldn't expect it in the other direction either!]

But its not only judges aligned with one party thats been throwing out the cases.
And ive not heard anything so far about corrupt judges, not even from the Gop, so they seem to accept the outcomes.

They risk losing their license if they lie to a judge.
Lying on twitter on the other hand is no problem.
They can also lose their license over litigation abuse, which is pretty much what they are doing at the moment.
Just spamming the court with cases they know have no chance of winning.

Imo his plan was all along to push things to the supreme court (which he rushed to get gop majority in)
But hes having trouble getting cases there without any evidence.

Hopefully these claims should come down to provable facts.

I think a detailed audit/check on votes, if it comes back clear, would help Joe and the country, but any public sense of sweeping allegations under the carpet will do greater harm in the long term.

There is a bipartisan consensus that voting by mail, whatever its impact, is more easily abused than other forms.

Election administrators have a shorthand name for a central weakness of voting by mail. They call it granny farming.

Election law experts say that pulling off in-person voter fraud on a scale large enough to swing an election, with scores if not hundreds of people committing a felony in public by pretending to be someone else, is hard to imagine, to say nothing of exceptionally risky.

There are much simpler and more effective alternatives to commit fraud on such a scale, said Heather Gerken, a law professor at Yale.

“You could steal some absentee ballots or stuff a ballot box or bribe an election administrator or fiddle with an electronic voting machine,” she said. That explains, she said, “why all the evidence of stolen elections involves absentee ballots and the like.”

Right, but there is no evidence for this whatsoever. Nor did it ever happen in the American history of presidential elections. Or did it perhaps happen in 2016 and was the race unjustly called for Trump?

And then there's this: there's just no way that the gap of 48 electoral votes between Biden and Trump (a comfortable win I may add) could be the result of any stolen absentee ballots or bribery.

Well you have to take a proper look first - is there evidence of looking?

According to the NYT article it happened in 2000, bush vs gore, when absentee ballots should have been rejected if the state election rules were strictly enforced.

I'm not up to date with the number of votes that are making the difference in the 5/6 states, I would say it's looking unlikely the election result will be overturned, but not implausible that wrong doing did occur.

Speaking of "granny farming" and the graph earlier.
Didnt the system used use 1900/01/01 as a placeholder for ballots where the date could not be read?
Thats why you got people screaming there are dead people voting, and would in a very non weird way explain the increase in 90+ year olds voting (not that they are really 90+ years old)

Of course Gaetz knows this, but its the same as with the "antifa violence" video that Trump keeps retweeting.
Full video shows its actually the poor proud boy instigating the violence before getting sucker punched, which Trump no doubt knows, but that wouldnt fuel the divide and hatred hes been working so hard on the last 4 years.

Imo this is pretty much what Trump is doing right now.
Just delaying it because he can not admit he lost, especially not now after doing the absolutely idiotic thing of claiming victory prematurely.

So now its Tantrum-time until Jan 20, when he gets banned on Twitter and might end up in jail.

6 of the reasons why Trump is still trying to hang on by his fingernails.

And can someone point out how many cases are in waiting for either Joe or Hunter Biden?
Didnt fox show evidence every day leading up to the election on the Biden case?
Or, i mean, they said they would, and that they totally had it, but for some reason never showed it.
Weird that. =)

On another much funnier note, i saw someone on twitter call all the fat rednecks that are pretending they are ready for civl war depsite the fact they probably cant run 100 yards for the "Gravy seals"
