Ive said it before if you look at the threads regularly you will see the same responses from the same people.

The Reps have a hard time on here answering the repetitive posts, Replying to the constant PMs complaining about bad luck and not getting comps. When they do reply to threads it just opens up more complaints and moans.

There are not many Reps that are active in threads anymore and people wonder why. Take Mark at 32RED hes a great Rep, no where near as active and no wonder when you look at some of the threads he has to answer from same people every few weeks.

To compare Yits to Ben is unfair and to expect him to be replying to PMs every day is wrong. Hes a good Rep but do people really believe the amount of PMs Reps get about stupid things, and bonus seeking etc. that they have time to sit on forums every day answering them all.

Seriously some of the threads and posts in this forum can be really bad at times. Sadly some members no matter what they get just want more. They use the Reps to try and get bonuses that have been refused and think okay then ill post it on here and that way the Rep will see it and ill get my bonus to save the peace.

Its a joke at times some of the complaints and whining about free spins, bonuses, bad luck, rigged slots, pms not been answered instantly etc. etc.

Maybe my post will not be liked but its time people stopped using Reps and abusing them. They do a good job and are here to help when needed.

I have been playing along with the x-mas contest, and today I decided to complete my mission and see what all these Bigger spins were.

The mission: Deposit MAX on the Monday double deal, and receive 15 "Bigger" Super Spins today.

I did it.

My reward? My spins were 30c instead of 15c when I played Steam Tower the next day. When I contacted support they confirmed, and actually apologized and told me that she was sorry the spins were kinda small, but that was in fact the "Bigger" spins Guts was giving out. I deposit in multiples of $100, and found this quite cheap compared to what I am used to from Guts.

Not a horrible offer, but not what I was expecting. Money could have been better spent at a number of other xmas offers. The shocker in all of this was yet another sub par helping from a new CS, these lesser than stellar CS experiences have been adding up. Guts is sadly moving from the top of my list and nearing the do not deposit list, mostly for another display issue on NetEnt Games...but still....I sadly have to agree with the OP.

I believe Ben set the bar in terms of responsiveness and participation. Anyone taking over from him would need to fill big shoes. Ben strived to reply to everyone even if it was just to say - I will deal with it Monday.

Responsiveness is of the utmost importance. Whist you may not feel the urgency in addressing a complaint, players deem your delayed response as a don't care attitude - I know I would (Not saying this is the case). 48 - 72 hours is acceptable to some - But far from what Ben would have deemed acceptable during his tenure as Casino Manager.

I suppose each to his own, and no disrespect intended, but by the looks of this, the standard of the rep has dropped...

They have ranged between bet levels 3-5 every single time, except when you are rewarded with a reload bonus on top of the extra 10 points. The 40% reload with one of the lowest (on-site) wagering requirements around in the online casino world is considered a boon to players, and hence why we did it as such.

Thanks very much, it's kind. I agree with aspects and the nice words - but I do receive a salary and have to find a middle ground. there are always ways to make things better, but I'm glad that I manage to help out at times, and to a satisfactory level.

And yes, it's true, a lot of this has to do with me not giving a bonus immediately or at all, because a player lost (and also received a bonus whilst, and/or after losing). However, we all have different personalities and that's part of the diversity.

basically, I need to take the flak, unless the abuse becomes overly personal or in any way unacceptable. Until then, I shall just try my very best, and take note.

The 5 free trivia spins per day were wager-free and requirement free (apart from having made one historic deposit at our casino). There were also days with a few extra spins on top on the house. There were 25 daily missions, most of which were along the lines of wager X and receive 10/15/20 free spins the next day (wager-free - as always). Then there was the option to wager a bit more, and get free spins at a higher bet level, wager-free. All this was not based on losses to the house, even if you walked away a massive winner we paid those out with a smile. I find that a stronger offer, personally.

The 35x wagering requirement stands for the NY countdown reloads. It was only slightly higher for 2 missions within the structure of the Xmas trivia, but apart from that it is extremely rare that WRs will be any higher. Usually, if any outlying stipulation is forthcoming, it will be to notify customers of lower wagering requirements for either reloads or no-deposit (AKA "cash") bonuses.

The standard bonus wagering of x35 quoted in the general bonus conditions counts for both reload and no-deposit bonuses, unless otherwise stipulated, and we will try to stipulate that where possible.
