Hi its a shame I have to write this but got no choice. I only have 1 casino account open with InetBet and due to personal reasons wished to be self excluded. I did this somtime ago with all other casinos I used to gamble at without problem 32red etc excluded me within minutes no questions asked.
In the past week I have sent 3 emails to Inetbets support, and at least 3 PMS here to the casino rep Emily. The rep has been online within the last week as I checked. To my dismay all my emails and PMS have gone unanswered.
Missing 1 PM is understandable, and even missing an 1 email can also happen. But 3 ? And before anyone asks my email account is not blocked or marked as spam as its the same email I have always used to contact this casino. To test they were getting my emails I sent an email a few days ago asking about somthing else. I got a personal reply within under an hour.
Now maybe they did by mistake misplace all 3 of emails, maybe Emily from Inetbet does not ever check her PMS who knows. But the fact remains I want self exclusion from this casino. So maybe this post will alert them to take the action I am requesting.
I even said in my emails and Pms that this was a personal choice and not a reflection on the casino. However any casino who seemingly takes responsible gaming seriously should take action when ever a person requests self exclusion. As I said its a shame I have to do this in public, not somthing I wanted to do but feel I have no choice.
Inetbet Rep please check the 3 PMS and 3 Emails I sent and close down/exclude my account as per my request (the first of which was made over 1 week ago)
