This is the email I received today from Guts, Betspin, Thrills and Rizk and I am sure there is more to follow.

With effect from the 31st of May 2017, the gaming services on Thrills will no longer be available within your territory.

However, you will be able to carry on enjoying gaming services through Houseofjack where your account will be transferred. The balance of your wallet will remain the same, and all withdrawal requests will be met within the usual time-frames.

If you do not agree with this transfer, please click here. This will send a notification letting us know that you do not want your account to be transferred. You can then withdraw any balance that you may have in the usual way up until the 31st of May.

Well I am pretty devastated as I loved all those casinos and enjoyed my game play at all of them :(

I really don't understand how that works, all those casinos are transferring my account to the same casino, I am confused

Doesn't take much to confuse me

Anyway this Houseofjack casino has Microgaming, play & go, betsoft, and quickspin providers. No Netent :(

Does anyone play at this Casino or know of more information of how our accounts work once transferred?

This has been on the cards for some time. From what I have been told any casino with Netent will pull out of Australia.

I would like to know though whether all netent casinos are pulling out or just some.

With this new casino, houseofjack does any one know who owns it etc? Looks very similar to Guts so thought it may be one of their sites.

One can only assume an account with our details is created at houseofjack and then all the different casino's pulling out of Australia send the balances to houseofjack.

The alternative though is to decline and just withdrawl at each individual casino.

I am beyond devastated and heart broken right now about this.

I have never heard of the casino they are transfering us too - so don't know if it's risky or what, no one know anything ?
I think my online Casino days are over now.

Certainly don't want to play somewhere I know nothing about, and then risk the rubbish of having to id verify and all hassels that can come with it as well.

What is the actual reason this is happening ? 32red didnt have netent yet we aussies couldnt play there anymore either.

Ive been at guts for like 3 and a half years, I hope I can get a win before we say goodbye. Well my partner as I dont have money to play :(
Just cant believe it........... Guts was My no.1 :(

Well considering James Packer is our casino king it just may have something to do with him. ??

House of Jack

- Founded in March 2017
- Curacao license
- owned and operated by Cardins Enterprises Ltd. out of the British Virgin Islands
- $4,000 weekly withdrawal limit
- SUB withdrawal capped at 6x deposit
- no payments on weekends
- website seems to have been done in a "jiffy"

I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole to be honest.

Really feel for Australians right now, yet again consumer is left with no choice because a government feels they don't get enough in taxes.

Our accounts info will be transferred to houseofjacks so I don't think we will have to verify again.

I am moving again and going to live with Video Slots ;) Damn government

You can't even be sure if House of Jack is owned by them in an attempt to distance themselves from restrictions on the Australian market or just to grab an affiliate deal to transfer players (it has happened before for other markets, including when UK required a licence).

32Red's earlier withdrawal had more to do with a corporate buyout than the current legislation awaiting implentation in Europe.

Some will pull the plug earlier than others.

And as Canadian that has lost NetEnt games, I can assure you that's not the worse that can happen. There's lots of other good stuff out there.

But do check what your withdrawal options are, it may become more difficult for you to use ewallets or bank transfers, especially once legislation is fully in effect, rather than just forthcoming.

.

I know that GiG (Gaming Innovation Group) previously has signed an agreement with Vegas Partner Lounge where Vegas Partner will migrate some of their
existing brands to the iGC platform, as well as launch an additional new brand.

According to the deal, GIG will transfer part of its customer databases from non-core markets to the new brand.

Based on this, my best guess is that House of Jack is a white label on the iGaming Cloud platform owned by Vegas Partner Lounge.

Not heard of it until today - but I will tell you one thing - they wont have Microgaming beyond the summer (your winter!) :(
They will drop MG and just have the "minor" brands.

Good guess!
Took me less than a minute to find out that House of Jack is indeed on the same affy platform as the NEW Casino Mate (re-launched with those same softwares) = part of VPL / Star Partners.

I wonder what happens to income for players referred by affiliates to the GiG group Casinos?
I haven't been informed of anything from either operator... :(

Yes you have ;)

GiG Affiliates sent out an e-mail to affiliates on Friday:

"Gaming Innovation Group’s brands Guts, Rizk, Betspin, Thrills, SuperLenny and Kaboo will stop accepting Australian players starting from 15th May onwards.

Players will have a chance to migrate to a new casino, www.houseofjack.com. You will still continue earning commission from your existing players (including players referred from today till May 15th) that are migrated.

We are available to answer any questions or alleviate any concerns you may have. Please send us an email at support@gigaffiliates.com and we can answer any of your questions. We can also schedule a time to have a chat by phone or via Skype.

So i gather Casino-mate is going down the same road as GoWild and ditching the download casino and moving to a flash based platform.
And you can play the old Dead or Alive at GoWild or at least i can until Netent ditch us Aussies!

What about play & go games ?

I think the biggest issue will be being able to make deposits and withdrawals. Even if casino's remain it's not much point if i can't deposit or withdrawl.

Same thing happened in the US
