A new update! Kiwi has been dropped based on Thelawnet's reference to a legit complaint. VC and Trident have been included as groups instead of individual casinos. Thanks!

If you can refer to a legit complaint about one of the following, it'll be excluded from the list.

I have a complaint about Virgin. Once they changed the T&C of a promotion half way through. The other Wagerworks casinos have been completely problem free for me.

Missing In Action

I notice that some casinos have been dropped from the list - Cinema Casino in particular, although Maple Casino is still in evidence.

Any reason why this has happened, as I can't find any reference to problems at Cinema.

just a personal opinion and also because there are not many top-service Playtech around.
(good thread! Pls. write the software beside the names of the casino. Convenient for the new players/readers)

A new update again. Vegas Partner Lounge (Maple, Cinema et al.) is now included as a whole group, as I didn't find any legit complaints about these. Also, Bet 365 is now on the list.

Also, Virgin is off the list now as Grandmaster had a semi-complaint and I had an issue with their CS being unresponsive, so IMO those together count as one legit complaint now. Tough!

I've also added the software provider details (feel free to add or correct any mistakes)

I just joined casino.net because of a previous post. I ve never heard any complaints about them too. Their site is so professional and seems appealing to me. At a glance in their guest i see that almost 80 players are logged in. If the stats are true, I think that this is a ralatively big number of players in an online casino. I just did wait so many players. Any comments about them from players who play there would be nice.
