This showed up in my e-mail again today, they even called. We all know how I feel about them, and no amount of free money will ever get me to play there! Would you bend your feelings towards a casino for free money? :)

Regardless of their total disregard for ethical treatment of players, the thought of the wagering alone on that £60 (plus a possible hidden max cash out term) would have me hitting "delete" as I read the e-mail.

They used to send me 125% deposit matches plus the odd £20-£25 no deposit chips. What the email fails to remind us of (well in my case anyway) is that there is still a bonus ban in place! - Whilst the 125% would be honoured, they'd all be useless chips and totally unredeemable!

I think Renee is a lovely person having had brief PM liasions in years gone by but I often wonder whether their business 'tactics' is the main reason she refuses to post in our forum. (Can of worms, little defence scenario etc)

No accusations, just my personal thoughts on the matter.

Edit: From a time served players perspective, I would not lose sleep over pending cash outs so they are sound in that department, I'd also still play there if they reduced spam emails and did not bonus ban so easily.

I strongly also feel that they are going to have to do a total turn around soon, including a complete business model overhaul, re-interest inactive players (without email bombardment, phone calls) and go multi-provider to start with if they are going to remain competitive in today's market.

...then again I was once told the complete 'chain' is owned my Microgaming :what:

I have had over 4 offers ranging from $25 to $50 in Aztec Riches over the last few months. It's a Belgian lady that keeps calling me and I keep playing them (without any cashable wins though)... should I feel ashamed? It's a freebie and WR may be sky high but no qualifying deposit is needed.

What is a bonus ban? And could you imagine if Microgaming did actually own them? Ughhhh!

"Bonus ban" means being unable to use deposit match bonuses / freespins or no-deposit bonuses. Basically... You can only make a deposit with no bonus if you are "bonus banned".
