Actually, it was pretty disgusting. After I responded explaining that his account was suspended for a few days for his 5 infractions - yet subsequently permanently banned for sending me disrepectful private messages, he edited his "review" stating I was sexually harrassing women in the forum. WTF?

So Trustpilot is dealing with that now.

The sad thing is that if he would have just apologized, he would have retained his membership.
