Yeah they pulled classic n1 bullshit. Made withdrawal they asked for proof of ownership of my bank card that I didn't even use to deposit ( I used interac to avoid this because my card doesn't have my name on it) not only did I send bank statements screenshots of interac receipts multiple selfies with id proof of address which was also a letter addressing my account in mail from bank. 4 days of continuous declining of documents just to cancel my withdrawal never again, only playing at a casino once im fully verified.

I was told i'm verified (even though the site says otherwise) so started the process of withdrawing about half my balance. Will provide an update once available.

about an hour and a half since i made the request to withdraw and it's already in my MuchBetter account.....will make another request tomorrow because of the max per day withdrawal

fyi here is a basic summary:

1) deposited 200 on the 21st. got a 200 bonus
2) got lucky was able to play through with a balance of about 5700
3) requested withdrawal for full amount on the 22nd
4) back and forth trying to get verified every day. on the 25th casually asked about their gaming comission information which they gave mea link to
5) was told on the 26th i was verified even though the website said otherwise. at that point i had played some of it but managed to get to over 7K. started withdrawal process. received 3K in my MuchBetter account within an hour of request
6) about a day later started a request for 3K to my MuchBetter account...received it within 15 minutes
7) So in the end got 6K from a 200.00 play as i played the rest of my balance.


So my take on this:

1) verification sucks but if you are with Chat every day it should get resolved. possible me mentioning the gaming comission helped i don't know
2) once your verified the second withdrawal request was actually the fastest withdrawal i have ever seen from an online Casino
3) their daily/weekly/monthly limits suck (2,500 €/$ per day, 7,500 €/$ per week and 15,000 €/$ per month)

based on the above i will likely play with them again
