Haven't logged into NextCasino for a while, so I thought I would check with live chat to see if I had any bonuses on offer...

It's awful. I would be angry too.

They do have that monthly 50% if you haven't used it yet, but you maybe don't want to anymore ;)
 
If it is deposit bonuses you are looking for just google Net-ent+deposit+bonuses+2014 should bring up a list of all the latest bonuses to make it even more recent click tools on google and select last 24 hours :thumbsup:

That is completely unacceptable. Tired or not, there is no excuse for abruptly terminating a chat like that.
 
Granted a bit of an abrupt end but maybe there was a huge queue and she was already having multiple chats, i don't really think it's rude but it could be improved for sure, i would have proceeded to write an email.

From experience they were almost as fast as live chat, but that was before they had live chat implemented so i am not sure if they are still as fast there..
I would have asked the email support if that was normal, or if there were some issues etc.

Anyway, it's of course your choice and if you really feel treated poorly, then it's totally your right to vote with your wallet. On the other hand, you could contact a higher up and express your thoughts, see where that leads..

I encounter a lot of rude and abusive CS. I usually report it and I have never got a response except for one time and I was told they would look into it.

One thing I have noticed, if you ask CS about no deposit bonuses; this seems to set them off.

Hm, odd, really odd, that doesn't seem like the Next Casino i know.
I alerted the rep to this thread as he might feel the same way.

Maybe not but i'll remember this next time i'm looking for a new casino.

If that's their attitude towards an existing customer then I wouldn't be keen to give them a try considering how competitive the market is.
 
I think it's a good thing that you are posting this.
Maybe this is something that are happening often, but those higher up have no clue, and will never find out why some customers has left.

Those who works there are getting their money anyway, and maybe they feel safe.
I can imagine that it is tough to deal with some customers, but if you have that kind of job then you better like it or leave.

I'm sure Erik will look into this, so it's good he gets a chance.

@Nicola; I dont know why the chat agent closed the chat on you so abruptly. I can only guess that perhaps she was a in a very stressful situation that she couldnt handle or maybe even miss-clicked while multi-tasking chat windows.

Nevertheless, we train our staff to offer a much higher level of service than that so please accept my apologies for this incident.

I´m always glad to be notified about these kind of things as, like trilej said, it is impossible for me to oversee every single thing that happens in customer support. Sending me a PM directly is probably even better though.

If you could please send me a PM (include your username) I´ll be more than happy to look into this and make sure someone gets to feel my wrath tomorrow ;)

Yeah give them a chance Nicola. They are a great outfit both CasinoLuck and NextCasino. And I have only had really good service with their livechat. And also one of the quickest responses through email I have seen.
 
The gesture was rude ie abruptly cutting off the customer though there could have been connection problems. However since she was only a techie we cant expect her to be able to answer questions on bonuses.
 
Reading it I think is was definitely cut-off deliberately, as the preceding chat conversation was terse to say the least.
Put it this way, if you walked into a bar and were treated like that, you'd put your wallet away and run.:rolleyes:

I agree about that!

I also find it concerning that when sending an email complaining and wanting to close your account because of their bad behaviour...they just did it:eek2:
No questions asked. No thank you for being a customer or a welcome back in case she would change her mind.

That's not how I want to be treated.
 
you know, maybe she was on blood that day when girls are usually on tilt mode. no idea how is the term in english...cycle?:rolleyes:
 
Serious low cs does seem to be getting lazy in recent months, (This is any casino mind you) Not played nextC in a while, It is there job no matter what mood there in,

I once asked a casino do I have any games in play, I was told they do not give bonus or free money away, I did say when did I ever ask for free cash lol, That chat endded up with the fingers up to me & nether did find out if any games in play, i had to open a load of games up, I have found that alot of cs are ok its just that not many seem to be clued up on whats going on, Any 1 would of thought casino called up the job agency to get a few in for the day
