I think there should be a forum where we can post favorable comments about a casino (there might be but I couldn't find one). I have to say that Next Casino has been the most pleasant to deal with. Their rep, Eric, is such a gentleman. I screwed up royally by doing a copy and paste on a wire transfer and CS informed me there would be a 25GBP charge to recall it (equivalent to over $50 Cdn). There would have been almost nothing left. I PM'd Eric thinking that this was a casino imposed charged but he informed me it was the banks. To cut a long story short, this gentleman offered to reimburse me for MY screw up. Now, that is classy. I also have to say that all the CS agents are top notch. I have never had to explain things twice. They obviously want customers coming back and they sure know how to do it! Thanks Eric and team. It all worked out in the end as the funds got bounced back so there were no penalties.
