Tips Next Casino problems with DOA slot

So I play at Next casino once or twice a month. A couple of months ago I started having problems with DOA. After a few spins (maybe 20 or so) the reels just roll and never stopped. After this happened several times I emailed the casino because I was concerned that I was losing money. I also explained that this issue is ruining my enjoyment. They gave me my stats that show that all the rolling spins were losing ones.

This continues to happen and Next casino has not had the problem fixed. I also find it odd that the reels only get stuck on losing spins This problem makes the game a PITA to play at Next.

Im getting same sort of things at casinoluck massive lag and balance being funny the lag really puts me off and the reel spinning for like 30 seconds thats not right i think the every matrix server is over stretched

It's happening at ALL the EveryMatrix casinos, and has been for months.
There doesn't seem to be any indication of when, or even if it'll be sorted by EveryMatrix

This issue is happening for me at Next and only with DOA it's not a lag it's a stuck spin. The reels never stop turning so you have to exit out and come back. The lag is a separate issue and I know all about it across EM casinos.

I play DOA on every casino i registered.... had reels not stopping and also error messages "slot not available" etc. at NExt, CasinoLuck, Videoslots, Redbet, Thrills and Lucky Dino...so this is across a whole selection of casinos, so maybe it is not casino specific but rather from the software provider. Pain in the b..t that is when it is happening.

Not sure if this is an EM issue. I haven't come across it at any other EM casino. Lags and crappy spins yes but DOA does not just go into perpetual spin mode anywhere else.

I play there as well n almost every other EM casino which accepts UK players and they all have this problem

How to beat this;

No way to do quick spins but put it on autoplay and u will have no problem, it only occurs when u double click to make a spin go faster, or if u don't like autoplay then press spin once and wait for the reels to completely stop b4 u press spin again

Thanks. I did have it happen on autoplay once or twice. Every other EM casino just gives an error message. Aaargh hope all EM casinos that are not white label jump ship and go to another platform

Dunno maybe it was a night when everybody was on DOA and servers went nuts. Anyway I am just gonna skip DOA at Next casino and probably the other EM casinos too. Thanks for the input and advice

Ive had the slot not available come up abit at betspin recently always when im on a good session or 500 spins in on the wait really annoys me because of my play style

Every matrix needs to shut up shop, I been done in due to system, Live help is clueless and got the same idiot running the live chat across all there the board,

Another strange thing about DOA on EveryMatrix is that the 'bet level' and 'coins' buttons are active most of the time during autoplay. Meaning you can actually change your stake 'on the fly' while autoplay is running

This doesn't happen on any other sites, Normally once you select autoplay, those buttons are disabled until you stop autioplay.
I would expect it to be 'hard-wired' into the actual software

It makes one wonder if it's genuine DOA or one of those dodgy copies which some of the eastern European sites are using

What's even more suspicious is, If you do a route trace to EveryMatrix.com, their servers appear to be in Bucharest, Romania !!!
Not one of the most trustworthy European countries
