Hi all,

Does anyone know why when I make a withdrawal from Next casino, I always receive less than I originally withdrew?

I just received a withdrawal that was approximately $11 less, and the same a little while ago on a lesser withdrawal amount. I couldn't find anything on the site about fees, so not sure if I'm missing something?

The first time it happen I didn't question it, as I assumed it was a one off mistake I could let slide, but as this is the second occasion I thought I'd see what's going on.

Any thoughts?

Ask them, I w/d twice with them, cannot recall a fee.

Their live chat is always offline, but they are lightning fast at replying to emails.

Or it could be a bankfee.

I never paid a fee from Nextcasino when withdrawing Money to my bankaccount in the same currency.

I thought I would ask here first in case it was something I simply missed, as like was mentioned, their cs is always off line and I usually have to wait 24hrs for a response via email.

The wd method was CC, and I know my bank and VISA don't charge for credits, only for debits.

The only thing you guys mentioned that may be a logical reason is conversion rates, but I find this kind of strange as my account is in AUD.

Thanks for the replies.

I hit a massive $3,500 win on Untamed Wolf, played back $500 and withdrew $3,000, so $11 isn't a huge deal breaker or anything like that, as I'm happy just to receive the wd from a trusted site. Just curious as I couldn't find anything regarding wd fees on the site, and as I mentioned it had happened before.

Considering the horror stories on here lately, I'd still be happy to pay $11 if it meant securing my winnings, but it's still nice to know what the added fees are for. ;)

Not sure why they charged you but have you made another withdrawal this week. Sure Next operate same as sister site casinoluck that first withdrawal each week is free others after get charged tho ive never made 2 withdrawals in a week to find out if it did get charged.

I suspect it is related to conversion fees somehow. Could simply be a difference in rates if they send $3,000 AUD from an account that is not in AUD on tuesday, and visa gets in on wednesday, exchange rate may have changed and you eat it. Could work in your favour on a different occasion perhaps.

Or they are using a processing service that skims a fee.

I'd inquire by email... hopefully Next casino can explain it to you.

If it is the processor, I am sure Next would like to know they are passing a cost on to the end user.

Congrats on your win!

I also play at next casino and I always withdraw via their bank method which as far as I know they do not charge anything for Australians and arrives within 24 hours. The main reason I like next casino is because the withdrawal process is fast with 0 fees (although the minimum withdrawal amount is $80) and their selection of games is decent.

Maybe switch to bank withdrawal with next casino? They process it pretty fast and I have withdrawn about 5 times here and each time received my money in my bank within 24 hours of lodging the withdrawal with the exact amount (no fees attached).

I play at 2 casinos that charge to withdraw back to card a small percentage of the winnings. It is under the tab for fees in the cashier window on mine. I have to put in the amount I want, click fees and it will tell me how much I would have to pay to make the withdraw. Worth every penny for me ....love the pay my card option.

I have no issue for paying fees I know about. I either pay them or choose somewhere else.

But I want to know who is charging the fee, and how much it is.

I deposit all the time via prepaid credit card, and I am charged a 3% fee because the merchant I am paying it to is not in Canada, even though they accept CAD. But I know who is charging it, it is not the casino.

I was just guessing that it was not the casino in the OP's case, and some third party, whether it was the credit card company, or a processor.

Some casinos, like Guts, and Intercasino back when I played with them charge a flat fee on withdrawals. If I get an international bank wire my bank charges a fee.

Fees just need to be upfront and clear so you know what you are paying for.

Absolutely agree!
