Next Casino have blocked my account for no reason

So, I get verified and play as normal. A couple of hours ago I logged in and played. Won £100 playing BJ (I never use bonus as think they are not worth it). No problem. Anyway I just try to log on now and it says my account is blocked. What sucks is they block my account but do not even bother sending me an email letting me know the reason why. I have just played as normal. I have done nothing wrong and to be honest I am pissed off. Expect better from a verified casino. Have sent a email to customer support and the NextCasino rep on this forum. What is annoying is I moved stuff around to play BJ tonight but am now unable to

If so, this may affect your ability to play at Next Casino. If not, ask them via e-mail for a valid reason why your access has been limited.
 
Thanks for that. I regularly self-exclude myself from various bookmakers - normally after a loss. However, I have never self excluded myself from NextCasino or any of their casinos. So, how can they block my account because of that. They verified my account and let me play. I then win and they block my account. That is just wrong
 
Just to add. I have joined many bookmakers over the years. After a big win or a period of losing I self-exclude to prevent temptation. I am not one of them people who self-exclude and then try to open a account with the same bookmaker and then cry about how they should never have been allowed to reopen their account. Whenever I self-exclude I make a note of the bookmaker and all their various sites to make sure I do not join any of their sites until my self-exclusion is expired with them. Prior to opening the account with Next Casino I checked my spreadsheet and I was not self excluded from their site or any of their other sites. I then joined as normal and became verified. I love gambling and accept it comes with wins but mostly losses. However, what Next Casino has done is just not right. I wanted to add this comment just in case people thought I was trying to open a account with someone I had previously self-exclude from

sometimes they just block an account to verify the identity of the player, had this done once or twice, if u email them they normally respons very quickly

They would give you the reason
 
That would be cool if they emailed me to let me know when they blocked my account. However, to block my account without letting me know especially after I had gone through their verification process is very unprofessional
 
Nicola's link does not work. I could not find a list of all EveryMatrix casinos running under the same license so we need to use a trick:
Please google "LGA/CL1/497/2010" and check if you have self-excluded at one of the casino-properties (EveryMatrix clients using this specific license).

shows you an overview of the EM clients, however not all of them use the EM-white label license but it can serve you to narrow the search.

You admitted that you often self-exclude so this very likely is the problem here.

I JUST LOGGED IN. The rep reckons I entered my details incorrectly and so that must have locked my account. So, I nominate myself and win the idiot of the year award.
