Hey, I've read a lot on this website and something happened to me the other day to which I have a question.. To cut a long story short I am not a fan of reverse withdrawals and never will be, whenever a site I use has one I kindly ask for it to be removed before playing however unknowing that the most recent site I played on had this feature I started to deposit.. £650 later on my last spin I hit a good 5/6 numbers in a row and saw myself on £5700 this is the biggest win I've ever had. When I went to withdraw I saw it has the reverse option and knowing myself I straight away sent an email after withdrawing telling customer service I have just withdrew can you please process and take away the option to cancel my withdrawal I believe the term is flushing?

So I had a great nights sleep and then the following day I recieved a reply to my email they stated I needed to provide my ID etc which is completely fine but what shocked me was they also said 'we have cancelled your withdrawal' please await confirmation that your documents have been authorised you will not be able to withdraw until this is done... I lasted another 24 hours before the devil inside me logged on just to play around with the odd 700 you guessed it I blew the lot... Now I'm not a sore loser and I completely understand that it would be naieve of be to believe I deserve a refund but come to think of it do I? Is the casino partly do blame for this... Yes I did all the losing but it's there in black and white that I asked to not be able to reverse it yet they cancelled it themselves!!! Not only that they didn't even acknowledge me asking these questions although they read my email as it was at the bottom of their reply.
I'm sorry but to me it sounds asif they read my email and thought we will have him.. And they did, funnily enough 2 hours after losing the whole lot up popped an email 'your documents have been authorised successfully'
Do I have any grounds to be angry at this or request a refund I only ask because it's there in writing that I specifically asked for the withdrawal not to be cancelled and not to be reversible... Let me know thoughts but don't worry I'm not stupid I know I'll never see my money again

No offence but you say your not stupid and yet your previously said you blew £5,700 :confused:

Now I know it can be hard to resist but yeah spend a couple of hundred out that amount but no more, that is crazy, I probably have not reversed a tenth of that amount in 14 years of playing.

Now that the 'bollocking' part is out of the way, like I say nowt personal at all and welcome to the forum but you only have yourself to blame and nobody else, sorry!

No casino is obligated to flush funds, its is an 'extra' which some casinos will do, others not.

Not suggesting you have a gambling problem but some advice moving forward would be to have a good long look at the accredited list on here and pay particular attention to the Meister Minions Data regarding payout times and availability of flushing etc.

Good luck and please, please learn from this grave error.

Cancelling the WD I can see as docs required would not be uncommon as a request, espec over say, $2500.
For future, rather than wait for a flushing, uninstall the casino - if download - to avoid temptation.
Would it be great the casino flushed or locked funds, sure. Should you receive any of the funds back, no. End of day, you opted to play the funds back.

Personally, I like to have docs approved before playing - saves any headaches down the road.

.

Yeah I know it's my fault and yeah I have got a problem only reason I ask is because I specifically asked not to be able to reverse yet they infact reversed it not me... They said 24 hours but it took 36 I'm over it now and I never intended to blow the lot btw it just one of them things chasing 1000 then losing all rest of the 4700 lol I'd be happy with 1000 now in heinsight but lm not requesting or asking for a refund I know it's simply my own fault just thought I'd ask as per the email I sent before they cancelled.. For the record the site was Royal panda .
Yes I'm Gutted but I've learnt I won't stop at anything and I would quite like to be blacklisted from all casino online and betting sites is there way of doing this? It's far to easy to just find a new one and sign up...

.

And by the way I didn't reverse it they did and told me I had to wait for confirmation before withdrawing yet did not recommend I used their time out feature etc until
After I lost just seems in ethical to ignore me completely and reverse it for me when I asked not to.. But then again they wanna make money and had I of won 10k I
Wouldn't be complaining they reversed it.. Time to move on and shake this habit any suggestions would be great but I can't do GA meetings they don't work for me..

To begin, you can go to the casinos you know you are registered at and state 'I'd like my acct closed due to a gambling problem (if this is the case) and any responsible casino will close your acct indefinitely.

Secondly, pm Bryan and ask him to add you to the closed group here for problem gamblers. Reading the forum is its own temptation.

Do I have any grounds to be angry at this...
Yes you have grounds to be very angry... with yourself.

No-one wants to hear about people having a gambling problem, but it can effect almost anyone. When in my 20's I was terribly addicted to Fruit Machines, blew an absolute fortune on them and got into a crazy amount of debit (compared to my meagre income).
You have admitted you have a problem, and it's only you who can take steps to control it.
Took me about 20 years to finally kick my habit - I hope you can kick yours much quicker.
Don't let something which is just supposed to be entertainment ruin your life.

Wishing you the very best

Hi Roulette3211,

We have options for your Casinomeister account. If you'd like me to close your account permanently - no coming back, I can do this. Or, you can join the non-gambling user group where you can still partake in the non-gambling related parts of the forum. Or just maintain your self control and be a normal member. I think all gamblers at one time or another played back their winnings - and kicked themselves in the ass for doing so. Don't beat yourself up too much about this.

We do have a number of casinos that have near immediate payouts. But when sending in ID docs, it always takes longer.

Yep, the psychology of the 'pending period' a casino 'insurance' against winners.

They KNOW bigger winners will walk away feeling on a high.

Later that day or the next, the player has a subconscious desire to repeat the high. So they reason "Hey, if you'd told me this morning I would be 4k better-off by bedtime, I'd have bitten your hand off! But I'm 5K BETTER-OFF! So I'll play with just 1k, it's their money. No harm done, I've made 4k win or lose!"

(Repeat thought process in 1k increments until all is spunked back.)

THIS IS THE SOLE REASON PENDING EXISTS!

It's unfortunate it seems like you won this at a site you were new at, so regardless of pending policy you would have had a delay for verification. Lack of self-discipline here is the killer, and you admit you have that therefore gambling is not good for you.

Bryan is correct; we've all done it a few times. In my case 3 or 4 times for quite small amounts but I've never spunked back a big 'un as the magnitude of the potential loss scared me too much.

I do feel for you beating yourself up now. Stay away and good luck in future for your gaming-free life.:)

Roulette,

Let's assume you are going to continue gambling and you run into this situation again.

My top tip in this situation is immediately put in a limit on your account which prevents you from wagering £10 a day or something small like that so even when the demons take over you can't blow the lot even if you want to. The added benefit of this approach (and the reason I always use it whenever I have a reasonable cash out) is that if your account is compromised in anyway (unlikely but not impossible) then it limits the damage that can be done.

Once your withdrawal is all sorted you can always reverse this and it takes anything from 1 to 7 days depending on the policy of the casino.

In the situation you described above *if* you had taken the time out option then I believe you would have been locked out of your account period and the only way to get a withdrawal is to close your account which is a bit of hassle. This actually happened to me at whitebet two weeks ago where they reversed my withdrawal for pending ID checks after I'd withdrawn, sent docs and then self timed out for seven days. This wasn't meant to affect my payout (customer service via livechat) but it did...so they comp'd me 150 eur for the inconvenience :)

Thankyou

Hello guys, Thankyou for your messages some time has past now and I'm over it lol yeah in future I will just set a limit as soon as I withdraw because clearly I can't control the greedy demon inside haha I generally don't play online because I rather have money in my hand but I live to fight another day! Last night I spent £30 on the dogs, I put £20 single on number 1 £5 forecast on 1-3 and £5 tricast on 1-3-6 clean sweep couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the forecast was 39/1 and the tricast 127/1 the single was 11/2 so overall a very nice £1029 from £30! Not quite made up for the 6k but it went straight into the bank this time! Hope everyone's good today and thanks for your comments reguarding my post a few weeks back!

I keep mentioning this place and I know they are not yet accredited, but Prospect Hall do not have a reverse withdrawal option.

I am a VIP here and get my withdrawals instantly to my PayPal account. Regular players are paid quickly (within 24 hours, and often much sooner) and I would highly recommend this place to anyone that can't wait out the pending periods imposed at other casinos.

FWIW

If I absolutely must play, I play at a different casino with minimum deposit(s) and small bets to scratch the itch while I have WD pending.

Roulette3211 every instance of info that you have received here is exact and very well said. I myself have on a few occasion,s spent my winning,s but that is a dragon that YOU must learn to tame?$5700.00 or Euro,s it is still a loss that you may feel for some time. But here you have head,s that are a bit more controlled and we will give you option,s as the man himself has done. I feel for you and I do know that your anger is real but the casino has done nothing other that what you should expect and that is to cancel your withdrawal until your doc,s are Ok,ed? Maybe they did this for other reason,s But I do doubt that! And unless you can state the name of the casino it is a for gone thought at best.Good win  and live wit the loss and move on. if you are unable to do this then perhaps a non-gambling membership is in the future? The very best of luck and stay in the right frame of mind"It,s just a game and Expect the worst and Hope for the best" Peace Out! Out Of The Mist! shewoff
