Newbie - Question about payout

I played at Cool Cat Casino with the free $75. I played through the required amount and ended up being $183 ahead. I went to cash out and a couple of days letter it said withdrawal requested and withdrawal approved. It has been over a week and nothing is showing up in my neteller account. How long does this take? If they say it is approved, does that mean that they initiated the transaction? Thanks for your help.

I don't know about that specific casino, but you may want to contact them. Most require you to send a drivers license - and usually a copy of a utility bill/bank statement/etc..

Cash Out

Not sure on Cool Cat, but only a few sites will allow a neteller cash out if you did not previously deposit via such. You may be waiting for a check in the mail.
