Any new feedback about New York since Brian's warning post a few weeks ago?

I received some great email bonus offers from them this past weekend. The first thing i did was to make sure they weren't on casinomeisters rogue or 'not recomended' list. then i called NY cust service. I spent (i'm guessing) 20 minutes with Jada, who finally told me that if i deposited 1500 i would get 600 bonus. When i deposited i got a bonus of 350. I immediately called back and Jada transfered me to the supervisor (?) Jennifer who initially told me that the $600 bonus was over two days. finally the best i could do was have them agree to take the 350 bonus out, and get my money back in my neteller account in 24 hours. I'm not happy that i spent so much time on this, and was given incorrect information, and the important thing right now is - am i even going to get my 1500 back?? (it's been about 20 hours since they promised to have it to me within 24 hours)

here's the text of the email i received from them:

Any deposit of $49 and up,
will credit you this weekend (until April 4th 12PM)
With a 25% automatic Bonus!!

I think sometimes the marketing people at these casinos don't realize that everyone is in different timezones. This offer says its good till noon on april 4th, but in what timezone? And did they really mean midnite april 4th (which would be april 5th 12AM). I think they need to abandon the 12 reference and say 11:59pm if they mean midnite.

Anyway, I don't think you need to worry about getting paid by them. I had many cashins there and always got them fairly quickly (not 24 hours I don't think, probably more like 2-3 days).

I received a similar email from USA Casino, except it said,

"$600 Free Cash This Weekend!!!
Get 45% Free Bonus on each deposit of $49 and up, using
any method other than credit card."

It didn't specify the dates at all.

I queried it with support, and it turns out it was supposed to run 4/2 through 4/4. Interestingly, a deposit I made on 4/3 did not receive the bonus (I got the email on 4/4). I'm in the process of querying that.

Also interestingly, the bonus is capped at $200 per day (this was not exactly highlighted in the email -- or even mentioned at all, nor on the web page pointed to in the email, nor in the standard promotion T&C).

Me too

I too did not reveive the bonus. I e-mailed them and it has been forwarded to promotions. I am usually quite patient with matters such as this but the lack of response from promotions has me a little peeved.
