I am wondering if using an offshore sportsbook from the U.S. is legal. Does it depend on what state you live in? Also, am I required to pay taxes on winnings? If I am required to pay taxes, are there any ways around it? Giving 30% of my winnings to the IRS does not sound appealing. Is Neteller the best way to go as far as sending and receiving money from sportsbooks? Thanks for the help guys, I appreciate it.
