Just registered...made a succesful first deposit. Didn't get any bonus. Support says 100% for Canadian players as the site hasn't launched officially for Canadian players or something (I wasn't aware of that until AFTER I made the deposit).

Anyway, I'm waiting for my 100% at the moment.

Edit: 100% got manually credited by the CSR.

Hi!

Thanks for getting in contact.

As we are not officially launched in Canada we are unable to add the bonuses automatically. If you could contact Customer Support via Email or Live Chat they will be able to this bonus for you on the spot.

Have a great weekend! :)

Some great new bonuses there for high rollers at first glance:
1st Deposit Bonus: 200% up to £100 (previously 200% up to £50)
2nd Deposit Bonus: 100% up to £500 (previously 50% up to £150)
3rd Deposit Bonus: 100% up to £500 (previously 50% up to £200)
4th Deposit Bonus: 50% up to £400 (previously 25% up to £300)
That is a total of up to £1,500 on your first 4 deposits!

So for a new player that sees these new bigger bonuses, and wants to take the full bonus, they will start with a nice big balance. They will have £1,000 on the second and third deposits, and £1,200 on their fourth deposits. Unfortunately you still have this very unfriendly term at the bottom of your promotional terms:

The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus (until wagering requirements are met) is is £5 per spin and £0.5 per bet line.

So players are starting with £1,000 (or more) but they cannot bet more than £5. Right.... How many inexperienced players (eg: not CM members that read the T&Cs thoroughly) will get caught out by this? Do you think it is reasonable to bet as small as £5 if you start with £1,000? If a player wanted to play Blackjack with this bonus, they would need to play 35,000 hands of blackjack at £5 a hand. I think I would give up long before then! Why not make the bet limit relative to the size of the bonus like many online casinos do?

To put that 35,000 hands into perspective, the Wizard of Odds suggests the average number of hands of Blackjack played per hour is 209 (

). At this rate it would take the player just over 167 hours to complete the bonus.

You also have this restriction on bonuses in your terms:

2.6.5 LeoVegas reserves the right to withhold and remove any bonuses awarded to You if such bonuses have not been used within one (1) month from the date when they were awarded.

So if a player wanted to complete this bonus in 30 days, they would need to play on average over 5 hours per day. I dont know about you, but doing that for a whole month (after working all day) would be exhausing and not my idea of fun! :what:

Not really valid as Black Jack already is counted as less for play through and this type of bonus is aimed at slots. And not the table games. Not sure what the % would be for BJ but it will be allot lower than the 100% on the slots. at \£5 max bet per spin its totally doable. Very good offers imo.

But not aimed at the Blackjack player.

Blackjack is 10%, I factored that into the calculations. Even playing slots I usually bet more than a fiver! Got to be in it to win it ;)

Yet another casino which "discriminates" between one country and the ROW. :what:

Luckily, i cannot even register at your casino because for some reason Thailand does not seem to exist on your map

Hi James

Just a quick query please...

Me and the wife are daily players at one casino or another, we make cash deposits most days and are recognised at a lot of your competitors.

Due to this we are seen as genuine players and not 'bonus hunters' and allowances have been made for us to both play and take SUB's / reloads / FS offers etc etc

Is this something that LeoVegas would allow? - Wife plays at your casino atm once in a blue moon but I'm sure she has taken the SUB and other bonuses in the past....

Cheers - Jon

Valid critique. Still you need to keep in mind that only wagers with your bonus-funds count towards WR. It's more like an insurance if your original deposit is gone. The good thing is you can always withdraw your cash-balance and your winnings. I don't think it's that bad to be honest. The £5 max-bet restriction is a bit on the low-side and should be bonus-% related. If you play with your cash you can bet like you want though except our friends from the UK.

Players from the UK are not permitted to place bets of 25% or more of the deposited amount in a single gaming round. Players deemed to be adopting such a strategy could potentially have their winnings removed.

Still shouldn't be that big of a deal. If you take the 2nd deposit bonus and have deposited 500 quid (+500 bonus) you can still wager up to £124.99.
The country restriction however is really unfair imho.

Hi Thenry,

Thank you for your comment.

The wager requirement of 35 times is only applicable to bonus funds and not any real funds on the player account. I can understand your questioning of this rule, you are not the first to do so. This is in place simply to protect us against "Bonus abusers", we wish didn't have too..

Have a great week :)

Hi Jonmincher,

Thanks for getting in contact.

Yes of course, If I understand your question properly your wife is more than welcome to contact us from time to time for any offers that are available.

Let me know if you, or your wife, have any other questions.

Hi Harry_BKK.

We certainly do not intend to discriminate. Do to different countries licencing laws we are not always allowed to do what we wish we could.

Have a great week! :)

Hi James, I think you misunderstood my query, maybe I could have worded it better?

She is an existing member, As far as I know I have not even registered at your casino.

When she joined she took the SUB.

My query is that can I sign up and take the SUB also?
