Hello everybody. i just wanted to introduce myself to you all. A year and a half ago I didn't even have an online business let alone know anything about the online gambling world but had worked for twenty five years in the UK coin op industry. That was until a chance meeting at the ICE show in London.
One thing led to another and I added a UK remote gaming licence to our operating licence. We launched our first site, claremonts.com about eight weeks ago. That was followed a week ago with a site for a UK tabloid newspaper dailysportcasino.com .
Yes, we made some mistakes (claremonts is being redesigned this week and we have more games in development right now) and nearly everything was a battle (even our bank of fifteen years asked us to close our accounts with them when they found out what we were doing) but we're having fun and meeting some great people in the industry.
Now as a newbie to this forum and industry I defer to your greater knowledge. Any advise or criticism will be welcomed and I look forward to not only being informed by the site but also hopefully meeting some great people too.
Best wishes to you all.

To be totally honest, I think you are wasting your time with such minor software brand and so few games. Presumably you were not in the financial position to launch with a bigger well established software brand...?
Anyway, I could be wrong (it has been known!) so I wish you the very best of luck

Thanks KasinoKing. I have found that it is very much a catch twenty two situation. The bigger software brands want to see sizeable gross gaming revenues before they will partner with you and sizeable gross gaming revenues seem to come from the bigger software brands! We're well funded and as you can see we are very new to market so hopefully slowly, slowly and we can start to grow. We're already in talks with Netent about content.
One question: if you can take it as given that we want to provide a fun, fair and honest service, is it all about content or the marketing?
Hopefully in the coming months I can put down an interesting blog about the ups and downs of entering this game!
