Here is how my final day of trials went Nate:

£25 in, got up to £36.60 initially, then went up and down mainly from getting a run of nothing and then hitting something large to put me back up. Held out for the free spins but they never came. 412 total spins which was pretty nice for £25 start-out. Would of been nice to see some free spins in that though. So I had a second session on this slot today and it was the complete opposite of my last one.

$250+ on it at Nordicbet with bets from $0.50 to $1 and I only managed 1 or 2 bonus rounds and 1 or 2 bet x25 or so.

Still like the game though and will hopefully return to it and take my revenge!!

This is a true medium variance slot IMO, the pays are weighted very much towards 50x-400x in the free spins round, and it doesn't kick out much in the way of small 'sustaining' wins to keep you going.

My advice: Play Evolution.
Wild Rockets is just too darned frustrating. Free-spins VERY hard to get (in my experience) and unless you get a really lucky spin - they are crap anyway.

I do agree Wild Rockets is a really cool looking game - but real fireworks look cool too - and all they are is money going up in smoke!

I agree. Wild rockets seems to have that one big hit potential that most "ways" slots with stacked wilds possess. Evolution, on the other hand, doesnt have that. You must rely on many winning spins during the feature to get something "big" out of it.

Funny, just as I said that I got a four scatters trigger which fully evolved the reels with 8 spins remaining
