Don`t mind me, but I always get excited when Net Entertainment releases new games. So yeah, here is a new NetEnt slot thread :p

Net Entertainment`s newest slot is called Mythic Maiden. The player can win up to 600 000 coins and it has free spins, multiplier (up to X10) and scatters. Please give some feedback if you try it. I have not tried it yet, still waiting for it to be released at Nordicbet. I will give a heads up when it officially has been released (think it is next week).

Nordicbet is an awesome casino reviewed by us at Casinomeister!
I don't get it how people can say Net Ent slots are boring (in general not just Mega Fortune :p)

I really admire how Net Ent is trying to be innovative and instead of creating more copy-paste slots, they try to incorporate new ideas in almost every new slot they release.

Jack Hammer with it's sticky wins, Gonzo Quest, Flowers with either 1 or 2 symbols on one reel, two way wins on Dragon Isl. etc.

Graphics are maybe not Thunderstruck II quality but still way better than most of RTG slots.

Przecinek,

I think that some players who are used to Microgaming, Playtech or other providers who usually offers their main casino as downloadable, will lose some of the "casino feeling" when they are trying Net Entertainment in instant play (play in your browser). Most of the Net Entertainment based casinos are only offering play in your browser. Nordicbet is actually one of the very few (perhaps the only?) Net Entertainment based casinos who is offering a downloadable version in addition to instant play. I have tried the downloadable version at Nordicbet and the games looks even better there, so I find it a bit strange that so few Net Entertainment based casinos are offering this opportunity to their players.

I think that players who are used to downloadable casinos will easily feel that Net Entertainment games are boring (at least to begin with). Of course, some games may actually be boring but I believe that many new players (who usually have played MGS casinos etc) would have had a better experience if Net Entertainment to a greater extent had focused a bit more on the opportunity to offer their games as downloadable versions as well. At least if they want to "steal" customers from Microgaming, Playtech and others.

But as you said, they are really one of the most innovative in the industry. They seldom release cloned games, almost every new game comes with a new "twist". And Mythic Maiden is no exception

Betaland and TowerGaming had the download version as well when I played there.

You hit the nail on the head with me atleast rainmaker...

I mainly play at the Nordicbet download casino software now as when I first started playing at NetEnt casino's like 'Come On' I would get so bored waiting for the games to load and then only to have sometimes within a few spins it freeze and I would have to reload again. It got tiring.

When I found out that Nordicbet had a downloadable casino and was an accredited casino I was sold :D. I wish more would have this option, like Mr Green for example.

On a side note with Mr green... Has anyone else from Australia had the problem of trying to sort out the video slots that are forbidden from Aussie players? I always forget which ones and end up opening one and getting the country jurisdiction notice after it almost loads. It's quite a pain and I wish they would just show what is available for me to play, kind of like how Bet365 did before they banned us Aussies all together.

I asked Nordicbet and their helpful rep on this board told me that Mythic Maiden will be released on Tuesday (25th) :)

<<< Sigh....>>>

Never for us US based players.......feel like I have my nose pressed against the candy store window and the door never gets unlocked. Oh well, can't move -- so I am stuck.

Enjoy the new slots.......

In most other ways, we have it "good" --- but in terms of online gaming, it candidly sucks in terms of such limited options and constant financial issues.

Hi RUSTYROO,

I joined up to MRGREEN 3 days ago and got exactly what you are tlaking about.

The slots like WOLF RUN etc would not load saying cannot be played due to my location.
I have to admit it did piss me off as every second slot was lke this so I just played the balance out on dead or alive or what ever the game was.

Good observation. Thats how I feel. I have gotten to quite like the Net Ent games but they don't have that "come and play me" pull when I have a bit of money in Neteller like Playtech or MG and I think that is primarily down to what you say about the Flash thing. Along with the fact that many Net Ent casinos charge you to deposit which puts me off too.

Pretty sure it's just the IGT slots that automatically block Aussies: Wolf Run, Cleo, Cats, Kitty Glitter, Star Trek, 50000 Pyramid etc.

Yeah I think it's just those ones but there are a heap of slots on there and it's hard to know which ones are IGT until you click on it and it loads or you have it written down on a list next to you or you have a really good memory (which I don't).

So on top of it taking away the 'player experience' with having it on flash and not download, It gets frustrating even further for the IGT banned countries.

I have decent internet speed and it still takes a few minutes to download one game in flash, It makes me play less games then I would usually and most of the time I just end up doing what Same Old did and play it out on one game just to be finished with it as I couldn't be bothered searching and waiting for another to load...until the next time I'm silly enough to forget why I hated it and deposit again that is.:p

Also, can't wait for the new game to come out at Nordicbet, i love big multipliers :D

For those who have not seen it, here is a screenshot (yeah...I have a Sopranos wallpaper:)) of the downloadable Net Entertainment casino at Nordicbet. It runs really smooth, takes only a few seconds to download a game (a bit longer for big games like Robin Hood) and it it doesn't crash like the flash version occasionally will do.

It also gives a larger and brighter view of the gameplay as seen in the second screenshot.

I checked Nordicbet now, and the game has been released today :yahoo:

Tried some spins in fun mode and it looked really great. Will try it again a bit later :D

I've had a good look round their website, but I can't find a "download" button anywhere!
Could you point me in the right direction please!

That link is not easy to find :eek2: . Nordicbet should really make it more visible. Many of their players (or potential players) probably do not even know that they have a downloadable casino.

Go to the bottom of their main page and click at "Casino", there you will see the link :)

(btw, this is the only link I found on their site that redirected me to their download casino)

I had to ask live xhat where the download button was and that is only because I knew from here that there was a download casino available. Live chat explained to me where it was and I still couldn't find the damn link!
In the end I had the live chat operator paste it in to the chat window and downloaded it from there!

I'm in full agreement with everyone else that they need to make the download casino easier to find and advertise it more so players know that it exists!

Cheers

Thank you everyone!

Hello Everyone,

Thanks for your feedback about the Download NetEnt casino. It was actually an over site in the development of the new casino page at NordicBet that we did not make space for the download casino. We are working right now at including the Download Casino Link within the promotions widget as a quick fix (by tomorrow at the latest) and have put in a request to give the Download Casino its own widget and the space in the spotlight that it deserves.

You have to love Casinomeister as there are not so many places that you can read feedback from such a wide range of players, thanks again for everyone's comments. :notworthy

I see that Nordicbet already has added a brand new download link on their main page  And it was done only a few hours after the issue was raised by KasinoKing and Gremmyboy in this thread. Way to go Nordicbet :)

Got 5 free spins on this slot from Nordicbet, in 2 spins I hit the free spins and got $10, then in another 2 more spins I hit the feature again! Ended up with $40 which I built to $100 before I got greedy and busted out :p

Too bad I didn't get the feature in normal play :p

I really like this slot and it has already become one of my favourites.

I don't know whether it's just beginners luck or not but I have been able to catch the free spins often and have done well in most of them.

Got over 100x in the free spins a few times already and the shot below was just normal play but wow if it happened in the free spins and had the 10x multiplier well I would really be laughing all the way to the bank :D

I also like how the wild multiplies the win by 3 and it's 30 lines so it's easier to hit something nice.

You have a nice win there RUSTYROO

I tried it with real money yesterday, and I really liked this game. Did not hit any huge wins, but yeah, it was a fun game with great potential. I think that Mythic Maiden will become quite popular.

After playing WELL over 1,000 spins in "Fun Mode" yesterday and finishing just about level despite no major hits... I decided to play for real money too:
Complete disaster!
Only managed about 50 spins and an RTP of something like 25% (guess) before I had to give it up. :(
I think my mistake was betting too big from the off. Next time I will try it with smaller stakes to start with.

I got 15 free spins at Stanjames on this slot and the winnings from those gave me a good 30 minutes play on the slot. I had one free games and a $20 spin of min bet. I quite like this slot though games are really hard to come by like all net ent slots.
