notmember: hi.. who are the owners of slotsgarden?

Mallory: That is not public information

Mallory: For verification purposes can I please have your email address and phone number?

notmember: i dont have an account

notmember: ok well if thats not public info, then where are you licensed?

Mallory: Since we are not a Public Trademark Company we do not provide this information.

notmember: umm i think every casino must have a license, so why how could i trust you if you will not share this information.

Mallory: We operate under the jurisdiction of the local laws within the international borders of our locations. To learn more about the specific online gambling legislation that applies to your state, we recommend you contact your local government.

So basicly they are refusing to give any info about the casino.... Wonder if they are connected to the winpalace or some other not so good group .....

I'm sorry, but I didn't read much further than RTG, and you lost me.

Are there any non-shady RTG outfits out there? Really?

Don't mean to sound rude or condescending, it's just that when I first found casinos online, they were RTG with the vampire one, count whatever, and I always got hundreds on a NDB, and never could cash out even after depositing. It was a real horror show, from what I recall, never went near them again after that.

Obviously they are hiding something I'd give em a wide berth simple question's cant answer them screams of evasiveness A Legit company would be up front
wouldn't beat around the bush about some simple questions

"that is not public information" ...hmm hey the men in black might have set up a secret casino you never know huh ?

Definitely one to avoid imo.

That CSR appeared to me to be reading from a script approved by owner-operator and as others here have said it is plainly evasive.

Added to RTG's rep of having a few dishonest licensees, it is a red flag.

I believe they are PartyCity under a new name. Take that as good news or bad news, depending on whether or not you like the Virtual group.

Thanks for letting us know, and yes indeed they are partycity under a new name. When you go to partycity.com it says rebranded to slotsgarden.... ;).

Party City casino? If I remember correct then they got rebranded once before around 5 or 6 years ago.
I can't remember the name they had before and I guess it's not important either, but is this how they are turning around to be good, by hiding things again?
Good going virtual!

All RTG's aren't bad though. We do have Club World group and a few more that are ok.
