Yes, I don't want to name names, but this is the game where the top bonus is earned by triggering the bonus round (3 scatters) 7 consecutive times. In order to get to the top bonus round, you are asked after each 3 scatters if you'd like to play a bonus round now, or rather would you like to turn down the immediate bonus and build until after you get another 3 scatters? The trick here being that each consecutive bonus round earns you one more angle making the possibility of a big hit that much more likely.
Anyway, long story short, I'd made a deposit on Saturday, and was playing almost exclusively that game - I had earned either 3 or 4 bonus rounds, all of which I turned down in order to build as far as possible.
The game offers you this consolation in the event that you don't make it to 7 bonus rounds - at any time if you want to play the last triggered bonus round, simply click on the red castle in the upper left corner of the screen. Well, I ran out of money, so I clicked on the castle - and nothing happened. It didn't freeze - the animated figures continued breathing, the flames crackled, etc., but it simply wouldn't register my mouse click on the castle.
Then I went to the flash version - but that wouldn't load.
I did contact the casino rep, and am waiting to hear back.
The icing on the cake is I made a minimum deposit to see if somehow I could get three scatters and trigger the next bonus round, play the bonus, and then leave the game. But as I discovered to my chagrin, the stored bonus features have disappeared, i.e., even if the castle were working, the bonus rounds which I earned on Saturday are now missing.
Checked two RTG:s and it wasn't there.
Totally forgot about that until now.
