I tried the chip, and miraculously managed to make WR and requested a cashout, I'm a bit confused though. I submitted the WD via the cashier and the $100 was never deducted from my balance, so I contact support and they say I have to email to request withdrawal.. WTH? Anyways, emailed them and now waiting waiting waiting for some response.
I get that this casino is only 4 months old but I really wish these places would get their ducks in a row and wait to open once their systems are fully functioning.
On a positive note, even though the withdrawal function does not work, I thought the interface and options were nice. Or maybe that is the new and improved RTG withdrawal screen. Been awhile since I've been there.
