New RTG casino-Aladdins Palace

Has anyone been in Live Help regarding the RJ's resetting themselves back to lower amounts? If so, I was wondering what explanation you were given and what did AP say they were doing about it...

I signed up with a new account about 45 mins ago, went to Live Help, waited about 30 secs and was greeted nicely and given the Free 50 bonus to try things out. I went to the Prince of Sherwood slot, ran a few spins and noticed the "reset issue" was happening. I stopped playing and just watched the RJP climb at a high rate of speed only to see it reset again at a lower value. It reaches $1142 and resets back to $1129 continuously, I watched the cycle go on about 6 times and went back to Live Help. This time instead of 30 secs and a friendly greeting I got :

Please wait for a site operator to respond.

Yeah, maybe their CS is overloaded and they can't get to me or perhaps when I went to Live Help I shouldn't have put in the comment box (before pressing send to iniate the chat) that the slot game I was playing keeps resetting it's RJP to a lower value...

BTW, I'm still in the same Live Help chat box and still haven't been helped :eek2:

Yeah yeah... I know I know, I'm beyond help :D

50 dollar free chip at Aladdin's Palace

Well I got a free 50 dollars at Aladdin's , played for about 30 minutes and didnt get one bonus spin. Played .40 per spin i think my biggest win was 2.40.

At least you got 30 minutes play time. Mine amounted to about 10 minutes. No bonus spins on the slots, and never more than 5x my bet.

So after losing almost half went to BJ and lost 7 of 8 hands to bust out.
But then thats pretty typical these days with RTG BJ.

Sorry Suze, but they have NOT been fixed...I just made these two screenshots a few minutes ago and the other ones are doing the same thing or not moving at all...they run up to a certain amount and then drop back down, it has been like this since last week that I remember...why do these guys not just check their own games...

Trust me, I like Club World...I still play there about every other day, but this kind of thing is not good at all...

Edit: Just went back and checked it again on Big Shot and it had jumped up to $1,216.00 and then I watched it drop back to $1,075.00....:eek2:

Gee Rob, don't know what to say that I haven't already said. A guess would be that the RJs work differently in fun mode vs. real mode?

Jackpot Tickers

Hi All,

The value of the Jackpot shown in the ticker at the top of the game is not an exact figure, it is an estimation based on the aggregate contributions made over the past few minutes. It would overload the game server to present the actual figures in real time.

For example, if there is a big player pulling $100 the jackpot ticker will start to increase rapidly however when the player moves on to another game it may take the ticker a few minutes to realise this and slow down accordingly. This can cause a difference between the actual jackpot amount and the value shown in the ticker.

The ticker compensates for this by ticking slower than the jackpot contributions to bring the value back to where it should be. Regardless, the ticker value is refreshed to the actual jackpot amount every few minutes to prevent these small fluctuations from persisting for any length of time. These are the reasons why some of you are noticing the jackpot ticker resetting to a lower amount or not increasing.

The more players who are playing the game the less pronounced this effect is, and please dont forget that at this stage we have only soft launched Aladdins Palace so action on each individual game can be sporadic.

If any of you have any further comments or questions please get in touch,

Kind Regards
Tom

Thanks for the response Tom, but it still does not make any sense...as I've been at other RTG casinos when they were first launched and never noticed this happening and for that matter I never see this happening now at Clubworld or INetBet or even Rushmore for that matter...

I still think this is something that you guys need to have the RTG techs look into if you have not already done so...

Also the statement below that you made...can you elaborate on that statement...Thanks

so action on each individual game can be sporadic

Those jackpots i.e.honey to the bee, big shot, are still doing the same and the jackpot is still at the same amount....the EXACT same amount it was 24 hours ago.
and still every 10/20 dollars it goes back to the same lower amount........!!!!????
So its not at all like Tom said....sorry Tom but this is the reality.
Go check for yourself....cause I have the impression you didnt yet.
BTW for members info.
There is no withdrawal by check nor wire or ach available for us in USA. Quick tender or ewallett are the only options.
I assume for low roller like me its not the best option due the hi cost of QT withrawal fees ($30)unless of course a RJ hit.....what will be the amount though we would eventually win in one of those RJ its still a mistery. Anybody can login right now and see that the problem is still there, right now. Up to 1095/99 back to 1074......

I played last night and RJ's are all over the place, either not moving or going up rapidly and resetting.
As RobWin says I have never seen this at any other RTG before so what is diferent here?
Also I have not seen One RJ that has gone up by $200+ since the soft launch.
Surely some should be over $2000 by now?

As for gameplay, I hit nothing at all for a few hundred spins then finally hit a decent feespin feature.
Everything was middle of the Road after that with a steady general decline.
All the usual RTG indiosyncrasies were in place along with the new and wonderful "Guess the Jackpot game"

Ive been personally rewarded by TOM.....he closed my account cause Ive reversed my withdraw and lost it and because I had the stone face to complain about being robbed with a 50% RTP.
He was right....I deserved it.:rolleyes::thumbsup:
Who lost at the end? who knows....!!!!

Dear Gianni,

I have read through your recent emails and live chats with our customer services team and it is clear that you are not happy with me and my staff.

Despite our best efforts you are obviously dissatisfied, and from the tone of your communications I think it is best that we part company and avoid any further conflicts. As such I have closed your account with Aladdins Palace.

I sincerely wish you all the best for the future,

Kind Regards
Tom

Aladdins Palace

Hi everyone,

Just thought I'd post my 2 cents worth.

Last week (Oct. 11ish), I received via snail mail a software cd and a letter from Aladdins Palace Casino offering me a free gift of $90.00 with "Zero Strings Attatched" (aside from the regular playthrough). I think the playthrough was 1500 or1800, I can't remember, but after a week I've cleared the playthrough and have a balance of $300.

I haven't tried to make a withdrawl yet. To be honest, I expected to have some fun, lose the free $90 and be on my merry way. I never look forward to trying a withdrawl from a new casino and I'll let you know what happens.
BTW, I still have the letter they sent to me and can post it if needed.

In conclusion, I've had alot of fun playing this casino, had pretty good luck hitting bonuses on several games, in fact I hit one playing Goldbeard for $160 betting $.40/line.
It all comes down to what happens at withdrawl time.

Take care all,
-Ironjaw-

Update - Withdrawl Attempt

Hi again friends,

I was going to post and update you about my cashout experience so far, but I thought I'd better contact their customer support and give them a chance at explaining a few things. What I was led to believe and what I am now being told just doesn't jibe. I'll post an update as soon as possible.

Bye for now,
-Ironjaw-
