Just received an email from "RoadHouseReels"?! I've never heard of this Casino before. Curious if anyone has and if so, would love to read how it went?! Noticed they had the eCOGRA seal on their website. Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!

Yep got one too.

I downloaded it and am getting that same problem I had a year ago with MG casinos on the slots "upgrades unavailable" So I wrote support. They are offering free $15 to try them out. They have every MG slot and then some, but I never deposit till I hear they are legit.
So any input my friends here?

Haven't heard of this one and I haven't seen it on any eCOGRA seal list either.

I installed it, looks like the same management as Lake Palace as it has Adventure Palace and Treasure Palace slots (Which are only available at Lake Palace). Now where's my free 15 to play their Thunderstruck clone? ;)

Never mind - found it. Looks like a lot of fun - love that sixties roadhouse theme and the classic cars from that era!
 
I got instant emails when I wrote support

BUT they still didn't answer my question about why I couldn't download some of their slots, that read upgrades unavailable. Oh well maybe that will be in next email. I HOPE.

Am I correct that their T&C only allow Slots and Keno for any and all promotions?

Unless specifically stated otherwise, ONLY bets on SLOTS AND KENO count towards meeting the wagering requirements. Players HAVE to wager their bonus on either SLOTS OR KENO in order to cash-in promotional bonuses.

The problem is this caveat is tucked away under a specific "Signature Invitation" heading, but there's no other games restrictions listed in the T&C at all. The last quoted sentence leads me to believe that it applies to all bonuses, too.

Now I know why there games are so tight. I just played Halloweenies about 500 $1 spins and didnt get three rabbits once.Must be that random software again.funny I played at alljackpots earlier this week same game $1 spins $100 deposit and cashed out $700 after an hour and a half.With that random software.After unsubscibing from casino grand bay I mysteriously started getting nigerian scam emails.About 20 so far and counting.I would suggest starting out with a small deposit and seeing how long it lasts.

Well it has been well over 24 hours and still have not got the deposit bonus. Figures, I really should have waited and checked this casino out better. Their slots are the tightest I have ever seen at MG.
But I didn't deposit but the minimum so I am okay.

I emailed them and I am sure they will come up with some excuse why I didn't get it.:(

Since this casino is in the same group as Bella Vegas and Lake Palace,you should get your 100% bonus soon. They have always honoured their promotions.

The reason I believe in them is that I have always gotten the bonuses promised. In addition,I was also able to cash out without any hassles. Of course I am only referring to Lake Palace and Bella Vegas but if they all belong to the same group,things shouldnt be different,should they?
 
GOOD CASINOS

Have been a VIP member at Bella Vegas and Lake Palace for a couple of years and have never had a problem with their paying out..The slots can be tight on Bella Vegas and it does not pay as well since they started offerring more bonus money to play, but Lake Palace is pretty good ,pulled $1000 out last week and after putting in $50 have got it at $600 at the moment..Downladed the new one last night put in $100 have yet to get the bonus but I have $400 in at the moment...They are the ones I play the most..

I would like to be able to prove whether or not different MG casinos have consistently tighter games than others, or are tighter with bonus money than real. This would prove that operators can "tweak the randomness", ie. Cheat!

I had been writing to them abt my first dep bonus
they are too busy
