    Got this email today-

"Rejected purchases? We have found the solution! And the best thing is
that you get to use your credit card.

We are proud to announce the launch of a new system, which will now
facilitate the processing of your deposits, without the hassle of too many
    rejections.

    It could not be easier:

Simply go to the banking section of the casino and
    Click on Deposit.
Choose "Instant credit card" option on the banking software and input
    your account number.
Your details will be loaded automatically. You are then required to
select an amount and enter the CVC code, which can be found at the back of
    the card.

This new fantastic method allows only one transaction per day

VISA and MASTERCARD cards are accepted and deposits can only made in US
dollars for a maximum of $600.

As this system only allows for one transaction a day We would like to
encourage you to make the maximum daily purchase to allow for continual
    play through advanced funding.

You will receive a deposit confirmation within one minute, however it
can take up to 10 minutes for the funds to reflect on your Casino
    account.

It is important that the transaction window remains open until a
    confirmation is received.

So what are you waiting for??? Start enjoying this newfound freedom."

I havent tried it but sounds like might be able to use credit card.

I don't see it lasting long before visa/mc start catching on and put a stop to it.

Just using some back door with a merchant account or something? I agree, can't last long.

Is it really any advantage over Neteller's instapay anyways? Casinos always seem to cover the 8.9% fee, and it's just as fast in any case... so why bother? I think Firepay (and maybe others?) have the same feature as well, so... doesn't seem that helpful.

What casino sent you this? Most unsolicited casino spam is kind of sketchy in the first place, especially when it don't name its company beyond a "new fantastic method."

Sounds bogus and problematic to me.

Casinomeister rule of thumb -- Bogus + Problematic = player gets el Screwederino

Do yourself a favor and stick to Neteller etc. If you are a non-US resident, CC cards are usually okay. US residents should use Neteller or other legitimate means of deposits.

Bottom line is, isn't this fraud? If visa/mc reacts to merchants using them for transactions that are against their 'rules' the way paypal does, the casino(s) in question will forfeit any and all deposits made.....so they definately stand to lose alot of money.

Of course the banks will know sooner or later. 2 years ago,all banks barred the use of credit cards to fund neteller. Why? Because they knew it would be used to finance online gaming.

Actually, I did get to the bottom of this and it's not as devious as it appears.

It turns out that this payment system was developed in-house and is in beta testing. It was offered only to a select group of players to make it easily manageable. Also, it was never meant as an available payment method for new players to the groups casinos.
