Read their Terms and Conditions, especially in regards to Promotions. Open a Neteller account. Play only those casinos on the Casinomeister's Accredited List. Play for fun (obvious advice...but good advice). Keep in mind that when you DO "play for free" the results may not be the same as if you played for money (that has always been subject to debate here), but the "sense" of playing online wouldn't change. For casinos with outstanding customer service (but not necessarily the "loosest" games), try 32Red and Intercasino.
