I have a quite simple, but clever idea for an online gambling game that I would like to set up.

I hear that people get around laws by setting up in places like Costa Rica. Does anyone know where I can get more information on how and where to set up something like this. I really don't know where to start.

Any tips / advice / links would be very gratefully received.
I am currently residing in the UK.

I do not understand what exactly you want to do, is it just one game you have or do you want to open an online casino with other games as well? I don't know how profitable it would be setting up one game. You might be better off researching to see if anything similar exists and then getting a copyright or patent, or however it works with these types of things and then try to sell the rights to a company like Microgaming, RTG or one of the other big software providers.

It would just be one simple game. For example, without giving it away - it would be equivalent for me starting a specialist Tic Tac Toe website. Where people come to my site, and just bet on that specific game.

Does that give any clearer an idea?
