OK, just FYI folks - recently you will have seen proliferation of threads from new members who have arrived at CM having been scammed, ripped-off or messed about by some of the vile sites using this worthless license.

Sadly, as thePOGG pointed out in the SEO post he made regarding affiliates targeting problem gamblers, these rogue affiliate sites using keywords related to non-Gamstop sites have gained SEO traction lately as scammers take advantage of the situation.

This in turn has greatly increased the amount of victims and threads started by them in desperation as they arrive for answers here at Casinomeister. It's therefore appropriate we have a dedicated sub-forum for these problem casinos to place these threads from now on, which also means the viewership here can see the extent of the issue in one easily accessible thread.

Thanks.

Hi All

if there is more people who was ripped off and scammed that maybe we can all do one case and put to Curaçao lawyer/ court?
Thanks

@Andrew K : I'd recommend you Google around a bit on this. You'll find that many of the things you are suggesting have been tried time and again in the past.

It is no accident that Curacao is one of the oldest casino jurisdictions issuing casino "licenses" to some of the worst casinos there are. Some individual casinos are perfectly good operations but that's because they choose to be. The rest vary from "marginally competent" to "worst rogues you can imagine".

The point is they (Curacao) have a good thing going and they are in no hurry to change it.
