Is it just me, or is this very misleading?

Does this mean if we're playing at any other poker room and live in the USA, we're playing illegally?

Does this mean if we're playing at any other poker room and live in the USA, we're playing illegally?

It's an online poker site, and it is legal in most US States, (please refer to their terms and conditions). Legal meaning it's legal to operate since it is designed as a skill game. This is NOT a gambling site - it's a skill gaming site which is not affected by the recent US legislation. Nothing misleading here at all.

There is another poker site scheduled to be launched sometime this fall. They will be listed here as well.
