Hey,

Last week I decided to give Cyber Casino a try, so I deposited $25 with a 100% bonus. All was fine and I enjoyed the variety of slots. However, when I checked my credit card statement, I found that they debited me twice for that transaction.

I have left over 4 messages on their chat and even emailed customer service (see below) and not once have I heard anything back. I even gave them the option to just credit my account instead of reimbursing me, but still no response. As far as I'm concerned, this is theft.

I'm at my wits end and don't know what else to do. I would really appreciate any help regarding this matter as I'm not rich and could use that money either to play or play elsewhere.

Bring this up with Bryan on here. There are other things you can do but I'd rather not make those suggestions.
