Welcome to CM Sebastiaan. Disappointed by the terms and conditions, some of those restrictions are pretty harsh.

Doubtful you will ever achieve a UK licence (just saying) but wish you luck in your brand(s)

Heres the thing. You have casinos like videoslots, trada, Gutz, BetAt etc etc etc out there. Tell me what about your casino would sway me to go and give yours a try? From those terms, absolutely nothing.

There has been alot of talk in the forum lately about casinos and their terms and how people are sick of them and there being too many. You basically walked in here and showed everyone how not to run a casino.

I was honestly surprised not to see a term that said if your name starts with R,S,T,L,N,E and an O you will not be permitted to cashout

Great thread, thanks to both Harry and Sebastiaan both holding their positions with reasonable points! At least a rep, that explains or stands by his T&C albeit unpopular! But if I may ask, what is the $5 for, after a month's inactivity?

The message is clear, the present terms are not popular.

So, here's what we're going to do:

- No inactive account fee anymore. We agree that it's not a very nice thing to do, and to make the players feel like they have to gamble is against all our values.

- There will be no withdrawel limit for bonus users. In stead we will work with a max bet value. I think this way it's in everybody's best interest, wouldn't you agree?


About my location.. I'm most certainly not trying to hide. If that was the case I would have never told my (real) full name. My home is in the Netherlands, I'm married to a Ukrainian and so we also spend some time there when possible. Also we're thinking of moving south, as anybody who knows the Dutch weather (or the Ukrainian, most of the year) would do...
I wasn't sure if it was possible to change the location afterwards so I thought to keep it global for now. Sorry if that seemed suspicious.

This seems a rather odd term: Shall winnings made with the help of bonus shall not be successfully withdrawn within 45 days, from the first withdrawal request, they will be voided. (seeing as you offer a welcome package. ps - you need to remove the first word of the line -ie should read: Winnings made with the help of bonus shall not be successfully withdrawn within 45 days from the first withdrawal request and will be voided)

(there's a few other player unfriendly terms but others can disseminate)

There you go Sebastiaan!!! We are always very thankful when casinos are listening as we don't mean any harm, we just look for fair terms, good customer support, nice rewards and reliable payouts, overall an enjoyable gaming experience.

I can tell you that you are against some mighty competition from established casinos like Videoslots, Bet-AT, Guts, CasinoLuck, etc. who have a very loyal player base. Hence, hopefully you will be able to distinguish yourself via some unique features/reward structures that will make you stand out and attract an equally loyal following.

However, other newbies have shown that there is still room for some more online casinos if they manage to offer something that attracts players, e.g. Rizk or Trada, relatively new yet have grown in popularity quite quickly.

Your answers and changes are much appreciated, really.

- removing the inactivity fee - good decision
- max bet instead of max payout - great change, that still protects yourselves against super huge payouts from bonuses and the player can have a decent withdrawal if he/she makes it through the WR, which in itself is always quite a challenge.
- your location - thanks for explaining. i agree as to moving south, did that myself some 8 years ago as you can see from my location and never looked back

You got me 3/4 there to sign up and give your casino a try ..... only that Flavidus/Myeg connection still bothers me, they just have such a bad reputation and i can only hope you won't join their "to avoid" list

Reading the whole thread my personal rogue-metre for this casino has decreased from 95 % to 70 % (50 % still due to the "Flavidus...-thing") which is a pretty good start under these circumstances
