Never wanted to Cry so bad! You will not believe my dumb luck today at CW

Hi gagamel,

Player can request as much for withdrawal as they want when playhrough converted (depend of withdrawal option). You can request cents as well as the amount do not have to be rounded in any way.

My best advice to players who use any sort of max cash out restricted bonuses. If you win enough for max cash out request whole balance as withdrawal and then you can either deposit or use another offers.

In this case max cash out restricted funds are in pending, awaiting cashier review and not restricting any future account action.

Answering your first question RTG software is not designed to determine the difference between free bonus or % match so as soon as the playthrough is converted balance become withdrawable regardless of max cash out or the amount you will have at the time.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

Very good point, looks like on this occasion it would not of mattered as was less than 1, And if deposit would of been ok,

But I see where your coming from what if there was 5 in there and you deposit and won big? the story would of been sorry but you had to go under 1?

In my eyes the money left should be cleard by the casino

or if you have over 1 in there and withdraw max the money left does get wiped?
Ok, I take a NDB or FS and have a max. cashout. Why is there money left in the account when I cash out the max?

Or is it not possible to withdraw cents?

I really don`t understand it, sorry.

Hi spintee,

I did have some customers who had more than $1 on the account and they made deposit and won. We are able to check where the winnings exactly came from. Also there is a rule under terms:

Wagers are made from the player’s cash balance first and the bonus chips second.

In any similar scenario we have to review all games played with balances in order to find out if win came from cash or freebie.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

Thats more than fair, but alot of casinos have different rules, Casinos are up to scratch now days but you do find the odd player trying things, such as leaving cash in than making a deposit thinking they will get away with it,

Hense why I said casinos should clear balance but also as you give comps for playing than some people would be abit annoyed to see the balance disappear,

I can put my hands up and say there is truly a few sites I can trust, Every time I make a deposit I worry about getting paid if win, Which makes my self laugh as all the years I have been a gambler I had no trouble, Only once I not get paid but that was at a bingo site and as I not deposit in 30 days I could not withdraw, After a long email back and to I was bareed, Great stuff as would nether deposit on sites like that as long as I live,

I just do not understand why people promote such stupid sites, Beggers believe that people will do any think for a few notes and put others out of pocket and miserable,

Hi spintee,

I understand that there is some many terms and conditions for different places and bonuses. We always advise our players whenever crediting a bonus on the terms so it they unsure CS team is here to answer all questions.

Also we believe that trust is most important fact in this business, so far I think we are doing pretty good. No hidden terms all accessible, 24/7 customer support, forums representatives etc. Sometimes is just simple as - not sure, ask the question.

People who promote the garbage are money orientated and focused on fast and high earnings which not always is the case here - sad to say.

Anyhow we are trying our best here to make player experience enjoyable and hassle free.

Karolina

I do promote your sites my self, and if you see the site you see that only the best hit the mark, Not that I earn any thing yet but its not about the cash, Theres alot of work in the pipe line but its the time involved, As Im not doing it as a income or rip people off than its not easy,
All the best & happy spinning peeps

This is a good illustration of why casinos should get rid of max cashouts altogether, not struggle to "make it work". The ONLY exception should be a max cashout on a free chip granted to a new player as a welcome gift before their first deposit has been made. Other casinos manage to work like this, so why can't RTG casinos do it?

Loyal depositing players should not even take the risk that at any time "these things can happen", and thus always having to worry that they will be "too lucky" one day and miss out completely something that would have been a life changing win had it just happened on a different day.

RTG, for now, could at least have a "remove shrapnel" button in the cashier for situations like this, so that the player can zero their balance before depositing without the risk that in doing so they hit a big lucky streak.

This is a little unusual, the more common tale of woe is hitting a Random Jackpot when playing one of these max cashout offers.

That is not good for peoples mental health, to have a their biggest win ever denied like that.

I find that bothersome, having to hunt around for a game that will get rid of the 17c or so that I have in my account. Casinos need to implement an easier way to get rid of small change.

Agreed, I think that would of pushed me over the edge, and knowing that leaving it in there and making a deposit I would of been able to keep, I use shitburst to rid of change I have left (if the sits got it), It was said in a thread just the other day DO NOT use certain machines to 0 out in-case this hapens

My understanding at CW is that if your balance is under a dollar and you deposit before you play that off, it will not be counted against you. Correct me if I am wrong Karolina. If the player had deposited and then won, it would not have been under max cashout. I myself, had my biggest win ever, $5000.00 on Jackpot Pinatas, getting all 5 dog pinatas in a row and was only able to cashout 1000.00 on a max cashout from a loyalty free chip. Made me sick, but, oh well, now I am very careful what I play on if I use free chips. However, the chances of that happening again seem remote. I had the rest flushed and did my max cashout. The cs asked if I wanted to play the rest of to increase my comp points, but I said no thank you, with my luck I will win a random. It was a fun win, but would have been better if I had been able to keep. My biggest win has only been 2800.00. Just another story, thanks for reading.

Hi All,

This statement is correct gambler777. We usually will advise to play balance below $1 however as I mentioned previously some players do not play low bet games. In a case when there will be bit more than $1 we will have to review all games in order to see where the winnings came from.

It will be unfair to just swipe the win when player had $1.01 on the balance for example.

Karolina

I always wondered what happens to that money a slot paid out but the player doenst get it for reasons like this. Or the player broke Maxbetrule or something like that.

Is that real money and goes to the casinos pockets or is this just virtual money and just vanishes?

Ive always thought the same thing, From what I can see its the casinos money any way, I think the rent the machines (software) out, Jackpot is different, Even still what does happen to that 1 ?

Hi All,

Bonus chips are difficult to explain but I will try and make it as simple as possible!

Bonus chips are not real money, the only time they become real is when a player cashes out. If a player cashes out the casino has to fund the cash out from its own pockets as there are no associated real deposits to fund the cash out.

When a casino removes bonus winnings this is not real money, as it is won from a bonus, which was not real money in the first place.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

What happens when someone wins a random jackpot when they are tied to a max cashout? that is real money that the players have accumulated so that should be returned to the game.

Yes but like quber said what happens to jackpots? Thats why casino are abit tight about playing big with bonus ect as out your own pockets, When I say tight I do not mean that in a bad way,

For years I did wonder what if you spent a few million quid in one casino and lost and went to another and made a ten bet and won 100.000, Its where casinos again have to keep to there rules, Its ok for people to moan about a load of deposits and not getting paid but what you do not hear is the other accounts they have and signed up with, We ? most of us jump the gum to quick when it comes to complaints,

When you get email about free spins, (the ones you do not have to deposit to get :) ) If its a inderpedance site than the wiining cash will come from there own pocket, If its a net work share than I guess the promoters wil pay back the casion,

Take IPS Aldernay for instance, When given free chips away you normally get them from most sites on there, E;G slotboss bingo stars sloto ect, But you nether see castle jp doing the same offers, In this case if you win I guess the casino gets the money back of promoter, Which I said a few yeras back most of the gambling cash goes back to a few pockets any way, Now including the U.K goverment (arssholes)

This is more difficult to answer as it depends on the software and operator, but I will try my best!

RTG random and progressive jackpots grow from both bonus and real wagers, so to say they are real money is not strictly correct, but maybe for other software.

For ClubWorld brands we always try to return a random or progressive jackpot back to the game if a max cash out applies, however this is down to the individual operator and software provider.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

I cannot argue with that, but TRY to return a jackpot thats been won and not given is out of order, How the hell can you try to return, We are in a digital world now, Quick enough to ban players, stop winnings, Ignore complaints, Shit CS, you should have bits n place to stop this than would save alot of arguments,

No finger pointing at at casinos in question, But I am going to say that I had a email today from thrills, 40% bonus and free spins 5 of the big ones lol, I did get abit upset as 40 is a piss take, and 5 free spins is when I am working, I was than told that I can use the spins at work, I replayed that it might be a bit difficultly as what I do, I was than told we canot alter than. More than far but please stop sending out trash, to make it look like a good email email but in reality in phishing

Hi Splintee

We are reliant on RTG to return both the progressive and random jackpots to the games, but fear not I will do everything in my power to ensure this is done.

That sucks, Glad to see clubworld trying to do something for you.

As for Rain Dance you do but you don't want to hit the 100 spins as most likely you will hit the maximum and lose whatever free spins you had left if it does retrigger like what happened to me last year? I had up to 500 free spins but lost majority of them as I got to 50,000 x line bet or whatever it is.

Also a suggestion for clubworld, Can you put what the maximum cashout is on ALL of your bonuses as your continual bonuses for example do not list that from what I see.:)

Hi slotmaster,

Our deposit bonuses do not have max cash out so as long as playthrough is met you can cash out whole balance (minus bonus amount).

All free bonuses / free spins will have some max cash out restriction and usually it will be 10 times bonus amount ( free spin value ). Whenever we do offer free stuff we always provide terms and conditions.

Kind Regards,
Karolina

Amitrine -- I feel your pain! There are NO FREE CHIPS.

That is so incredibly extreme. From 76 cents to over $5000.

There is is so much that is WRONG with this. I appreciate that Club World has in some way tossed you a bone. I've said it before and I'll say it again. There is no such thing as a "Free Chip." There are no "Free Spins."

The Random Jackpot thing is infuriating. 1.5% of every dollar played goes in to those Random Jackpots. I have never hit one on a Freebie but every time I brave a "free chip" at an RTG I know it's a possibility. It is simply not worth it--not for the potentially small win possible from most of these promos.

And really now, how do you "try" to return it to the jackpot if it is not paid out to the player. Either it is or it is not and I'm pretty confident we all know what the answer is.

I started a thread about a year ago after hitting 5 White Knights on Coat of Arms at Grande Vegas playing a $25 free Chip with a $125 Cash out max. I'll never forget the mental anguish (as I had been on a horrible losing streak for 6 months) as the first, then the second, the THIRD, THE FOURTH and of course THE FIFTH White Knight Scatter. To that I was awarded 7 Respins on a $2.25 bet so I had to watch it repeat SEVEN times to the tune of almost $4000 knowing I would see no more than $125.

Unfortunately--since withdrawal by check at a minimum of $150 was the only option and there is a $30 check fee when I made completed the Wager Requirements the software immediately stripped my balance to $125.

Sure RTG can easily be programmed to do that--it's just those difficult little things that may actually help the player--for example limiting the max bet $10 while playing on a bonus if that is one of the Terms. No, the software does not do this and there is no option you can enable in the settings.

So I called Customer Service and I was told they would allow me to play my $125 up to $180 in order to withdraw $150 by check. As luck would have it I couldn't hit anything and did not even get the $150. To be fair, JPC Group has for the most part made the max withdrawal $180 on ALL "Free Chips" since then because they obviously had many very unhappy players over this.

It's hard to resist a "Free Chip" and I have played braved several since that incident and paid on a couple. On one of those I had $2400 removed from my winnings of $500 but I have no beef with that at all. I haven't hit like I did on that "Free Chip" session in at least six months. It is uncanny how this seems to happen so frequently to players.

If you play on a "FREE CHIP" you accept the fact that you may well hit the BIG and win peanuts. Is it worth it?

Back to the OP, the remaining 76 cents after your cash out. You could have deposited first. What are the odds? I hope you hit another even bigger one when playing on a deposit.
