If they have offer ACH withdrawals, I would imagine it would work. I've read of other people getting ACH's to cards like Netspend, Wired Plastic, and stuff. Yet if it's a Wire Transfer or there simply "refunding" your money. I know for sure Netspend won't take an incoming wire transfer, plus as mentioned already. I read about how a player had there whole account shut down because Netspend didn't like the idea of getting a refund that was larger than what was already spent from the card.
Which don't get me wrong on the "refund" to your card method. I realize it's quick, fairly inexpensive compared to some other options, and seems to work for select groups of people. Yet wouldn't you think even a small bank eventually, or large one for that matter would get a bit questionable on a person making oh say a $20 to $100 deposit, then getting a refund of $900? I mean isn't this withdrawal method a bit risky? Sure like in the UK where they can fund your deposit or deposits back to your card. Then send the rest by wire, check, or whatever method you wish to have the rest sent. I'm wondering if anyone has actually lost a whole bank account or credit card due to this methods way of allowing a winning to be sent.
Don't mind me really, just rambling on probably about a whole lot of nothing, but just something I've been curious about.
