I just tried to pay my phone bill and it was declined also. Not sure what is going on now. Either a complete block on my card, or netpsend having some issues. (Yes, I have money on the card) Hmmm... not sure what to think.
Sorry! Wasn't trying to scare anybody. Was hoping it was just a fluke thing. I had even tried emailing netspend, and the email was returned undeliverable... then I got really worried. I had tried using my card at several different places (pay bills, casinos, etc) and every thing was declined.
REGISTER NOW!! Why? Because you can't do diddly squat without having been registered!
At the moment you have limited access to view most discussions: you can't make contact with thousands of fellow players, affiliates, casino reps, and all sorts of other riff-raff.
