Netents "dirty tricks"

No it wasnt about careful players,it was players who won much they would try to "push" out of the casino,by treating them badly in different ways.
Also happened to over at cherrycasino,I withdrew 15000euros and just like that my slot wasnt working and they totaly ignored all my emails, wich they always had responded to within 30min before.I actually had to go to betsson live chat because they were able log into cherrys system and help me.
Its so obvious that they dont want me as a customer.

I don't believe that. If they didn't want you as a customer, they could simply close your account - look in the T&C's. They (like all casinos) can do this without providing a reason. IF you are well up overall at any casino, they will want you to come back, not put obstacles in your way. They know their business, and know over time they will make about 4-5% out of you as you near the TRTP of the casino games. With all due respect, you are coming across here as a borderline paranoiac. :what:

So how do you explain a former employee at bet365 saying the same thing, about how they treat WINNING players? Is he paranoid to?But offcourse you know better then a employee of one of the biggest online casinos in the world, wow.
Google henning myrer vg,so can you read yourselfe.

I am not quite sure that it is nonsense.

I had the same problem with Club Gold Casino. I made a complaint thread about it a couple of month ago.
The main issue was that I played progressive slot which was not allowed (same issue Temperence Fox had recently) and they refused to pay out part of my winnings (which was from the so-called progressive slot).

During my play I started with non-progressive slot (Silent Samurai without the nasty Dollar Ball feature). I was in a winning streak when suddenly the game became unavailable (maintenance mode). I waited some time THEN I switched to a Dollar Ball "enhanced" slot where my winning streak continued, then I tried to cash out, but they refused to pay the part played on the progressive slot.

The slot (Silent Samurai) stayed in maintenance mode for weeks for me (I even asked them when it would be available, but they could not confirm the date) which was funny because I played that slot in many other casinos during this time.

About the automated pop-up chat.

They probably automated and the chat operators have templates to copy to all chat (e.g. the Gladiator Jackpot is over 2.4 m USD bla-bla-bla), but the operators are real (not bots), so they could have time to check what is the player statistic etc.

Why would they do it?
Same reason why the land based casinos changing dealers frequently (even more so when someone is more ahead) to disrupt the winning streak.

Ty for the support:DPeople on here just laughes it off,but Im convinced its a real tactic used by the casinos.I have played a slot for weeks without problems, then go on a streak and cash out. Then boom,it becomes unplayable over a long period,as you said,no problem other places, just your winning slot.
Happened so many times its becoming so obvious whats happening.
Well now Im just repeating myself, anyway nice to have some support for once:cool:

I'd agree that a poorly run casino would treat some players badly and others well. The games are ALL biased in the casino's favor; thus, why treat a winning player badly?

I don't dispute that a casino employee claims he was trained to do this; what I am saying is that the casino that does that is hurting themselves, not helping.

Does it make sense from the perspective of a business that has a loyal customer who wants to give the business their money? No, period.

"Disrupt the wining streak"

Amazing. Simply amazing.

I guess you can answer in the same manner ("Amazing. Simply amazing.") why they put my slot to maintenance mode suddenly. Not the other 300 slot games just this one. Not in other PT casinos, just there. Not when I was losing.

I know. It is coincidence and my story is conspiration theory.

They're all after you guys, looking over your shoulder for a sign of a winning streak with their index finger ready to push the big red "error" button in case you start winning too much.

Every spin is an independent transaction and an independent result. You make a financial commitment and the server responds. Every time. You might sometimes have a nice winning streak (yaaaay!), you might have a nasty losing streak (boooo!) - regardless - subsequent transactions are entirely unrelated. There's no magic gambling god that prolongs or shortens your winning streak, that the casino can dispel by terminating your connection just as he is empowering you and your laptop with super winning magic power of awesomeness.

We are in the realms of mental illness.

You are only remembering the connection issues when they annoyed you the most.

Its like when the phone rings right at the point you were thinking of the person on the other end. Spooky eh? Nope - you just forgot about the other thousand times the phone rang when you weren't thinking about anyone.

I'm sorry that you might sometimes experience connection problems after you wanted to carry on playing - but I promise you it doesn't make a difference to anything financial, ever - under any circumstances. Apart from maybe prolonging your bankroll a bit.

Thanks for your convincingly debated answer.:notworthy So funny.

FTR I just said that I had similar experience once which I can not find reasonable answer for (except that it was coincidence which is a long shot for me).

Seriously I'm all for something being rigged... But what's stopping you from jumping on another slot and winning there are they going to put that slot on maintenance as well? Could they put the whole casino on maintenance mode to stop you from winning or would they let you continue playing and just let the house edge run it's course?

As I said earlier I changed game because of this and that gave reason to Club Gold Casino not to pay me full as the new slot was Dollar Ball enhanced.

Besides I am inclined to continue playing a slot which I am lucky with.
