NetEnt servers down for some time now

Hi there,

It seems that the NetEnt servers or down since this week. Beginning of the week their games were experiencing slow spins and connection errors. I have tried at least 10 online casinos and they all have that issue (404)

Since their "April meltdown" where none of their servers were responding, the games have become extremely laggy. Has anyone else have a problem with this? I tried on different casinos, but the same issue. My internet is 50/30 Mbps.

Yes, I was just playing Narcos and every two spins a "Your internet is slow" message popped up. It's just unplayable like this, shame, the game was actually paying for once.

The same problem here. Always i have the message "Your internet is too slow".
And i must wait 20-30 seconds for a spin.

He Raj!

Fawaka?

Where do you play, I have no reports at all on our end. We provide Net Ent via Evolution.

Hi there Jan! All good thanks.

The issue of the servers being down was in the beginning of April. After a couple of days the games were accessible again.
But then starting the third week op April the games started going laggy.

These are the one that I have tried:

Cryptoleo
NineCasino
Kosmonaut (Dama NV)
Betonred.com

Looking at the replies, it seems that some players do have the issue of laggy games and connection errors 🤔

Hi @Raj3031
Thanks for the reply! I'm actually having a Fernandes as we speak, always the cherry one for me!

Had a quick look at ninecasino and the game comes from:
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
static.casinomodule.com/games/dead-or-alive-2-fb-client/game/dead-or-alive-2-fb
Since Evolution acquired NetEnt they have setup a so called " one stop shop " - where we as an operator can source games from all the Evolution companies: Evo live, Evo RNG, Net Ent, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming and soon Nolimit city. I reckon it is in Evolutions interest to get as fast and as many players as possible on their "one stop shop".

I think that as a result the quality of Net Ent games sourced through the Casinomodule is affected. Can't guarantee or say for sure, but its a possible explanation.

I guess for now, you will just have to accept it or play other providers.

The cherry Fernandes is the best! :drink:

Sometimes it also comes from gcs-prod.casinomodule.com, don't know if it makes any difference.
Thanks for the explanation Jan, it could be that, but to be honest I think it's a more recent technical issue.
Reason why I say that, I have been playing NetEnt for years now, but this issue with slow connection has only started in April.
But again, I hope that it's something that can be taken care of asap.

Cheers!
Yes, everything that contains: "casinomodule.com" are the old Net Ent integrations. And it is very well possible the slowness started recently.

GRRR.... these servers are so SLOW. You are only able to do 1 spin every lightyear
He Raj! Fawaka?

We really have no issues here. Not sure what payment methods you are using but Fun Casino has Suriname enabled, so you can register there.
Send me a PM with your username after and ill credit you a bonus so you can find out for yourself if there is any difference.

I thought it was weird that it's only dead or alive/steam tower that tells me my internet connection is slow! I've been thrown off a couple of games mid spin because of this now 🙄🤣
