So I just received an email today that the Kindred group is offering a 98% rtp version of the following slots: Twin Spin, Butterfly Staxx, Fruit Shop, Reel Rush and Guns n Roses. Afaik they haven't been providing different RTP settings before this and while I'm happy to see increased RTP in these slots on this network I now know to I have to check the RTP each time I go play like I already do with Play n Go, Red Tiger etc in case it's a version with reduced RTP which I completely refuse to play.

I'm sure a bunch of Curacao casinos are either salivating to be able to reduce RTP on another provider and not have to show it anywhere (it's bonkers to me that this is allowed) or they are already doing it now so watch out everyone.

Oh yeah! Netent Slots are reviewed at Casinomeister - to include their associated casinos! Woo woo!

Are they not simply boasting that they will still be offering max versions of slots?

I know Unibet are max.

I dont speak the lingo and not received an email myself in English.

Afaik Max is a different thing altogether. It's supposed to be a more high variance version of the same slot. Before this I think Netent have firmly stuck with only offering a single RTP setting for each game. Seeing that they now offer an increased RTP version of some slots in one network, I think it's very likely that they will also offer lowered RTP versions as well. I hope I'm wrong but I strongly doubt it.

I didnt mean the trademark Netent 'MAX' i meant to suggest the maximum or highest rtp.

Were those games not 98% anyway or are you saying they are newer higher rtp versions?
Nah, they used to have a selection of png on 98%
Got a mail a while back saying there were about to swap the slots for some new ones.
Guess they are going with netent instead of png now.

Sorry i still dont follow. Netent for what?

Am i being usually dumb?
They had 5-6 png slots that had a 98% rtp instead of the usual 96ish%
Now they have swapped them for 5 netent slot, wich will runt at 98% rtp instead of whatever % they normally run at.

And like op said, this means they have begun cranking out different versions, so its time to start checking before playing.

So does that mean they have reduced the PNG?

Maybe its just for your market as Unibet is max.

No, the png slots that were running at 98% are back to the "normal max" wich is 96ish %.
Edit: So yes, technically they have lowered them.
As far as i know, the 98% versions were not available for uk players.

It was a good run, but all things come to an end.

If i recall righ, Kindred is offering higher than normal RTP for certain markets, like Sweden (which is fair for @Kroffe who is not allowed to bonuses), as per OP:s screen shot, seems to be Finland as well. Not sure if they now offer these Netents for all or some countries only.

How bad DoA has been recently has had me checking this also, strangely it is still showing at the original factory setting, although of late it feels more like 20% RTP :(
Harry said something about there being no word on lower rtp versions of doa, atleast not yet.

@Harry_BKK
Do you have some fancy list of what Netent slots has multiple versions atm?

Hmmmm

Advertise the 98%'s get everyone happy, singing dancing then BAM! - Hit us with the 90%'s

As if most sessions ain't dead enough already!

Then volatility is other question, with 100 spins, do you most probably get 0 wins and monster volatility slot don't cough up anything under 10 000x or do we get game without any volatility that every spin you win 98 of your bet.

Hopefully something between these, RTP itself just don't only judge how much playtime or entertainment you are getting, many games feel for many players much more entertaining and nicer to play when you get some even half decent wins quite often even total RTP is lower, instead of some extreme volatility one with higher RTP but you can see 25 dead spins in row all the time and then get win half of your stake.

For entertainment and excitement point of view, these game maths, hit frequencies etc... can be way more important than 1-3% in theoretical RTP.

True
But do you honestly think the Netent slots that are now running at 96-97% rtp will become better or more fun by removing 2-3%
I say theres 0% chance of that happening.
Better for the Casino yes, for the player not so much.

Unfortunately, no official list.

But I can check every game separately. Let me know which ones you want. :)

DOA and DOA2 are not on multi-RTPs, both still at only 96.80%

Well that has almost put the nail in the coffin for me at Videoslots.

Running out of providers to play.

Be interesting to see what RTP they have for the upcoming battle weekend.
Doa running at full.
But you guessed it, Twin spin running at 94% instead of 96,5%

Was kind of wondering why they picked a 25p slot all of a sudden.
